Surely Audi must be very concerned about the state of the technical team - Sauber are nowhere this season and are easily the worst / slowest team on the grid.

They need to try and turn things around and soon.

Depends on what changes they make but if they remain in Switzerland away from the F1 corridor in the UK, I can’t see much improvement. Even when teams like Toyota could throw all the money on the world at the problem it wasn’t enough and I assume with the cost cap Audi will remain in troubled water. Yes 2026 is a clean sheet of paper but think they would do well to have a uk base.

They'll always struggle with recruitment, based where they are. It's reflected in their struggle to hire a number 1 driver, even with an open chequebook. They have a mountain to climb.
