Bought my second new truck from Kalispell Ford. Bought a New 2020 F-150 from them in March 2021, ordered a 2022 F-450 in July of 2021 and picked up in April of 22. The sales and service team at Kalispell is second to none in my opinion. I live in Maryland and drive 2600mi to purchase from them. Hitch, my salesman is easy to deal with and Seth the Sales Manager is the best in the business. I can’t wait to buy more vehicles from Kalispell Ford. Their customer relations are unmatched. I can’t say enough how easy my truck buying experience was. 5000mi+ round trip is a small price to pay for the service that Kalispell Ford offers.

This is the second F150 our company has purchased from Denny Menholt Ford. Both experiences have been great. Our time is valuable and your sales department gets us in and out quickly without all the drama we dealt with in the past with other car dealers. It's greatly appreciated. The salesperson we worked with was Austin Scharf. Very professional and down to earth. He wasn't pushy and actually listened to our concerns. He sent us pictures and a video of the truck before we arrived and was ready for us when we arrived for our appointment. All in all I give Austin and Denny Menholt a five star rating. Thanks

Service Department is a total joke! - Plumber in Bozeman

Service Department is a total joke! We have purchase 2 fleet vehicles within the last year and we cant get them fixed. Waited for over 7 mos for a part they supposedly ordered, never heard anything so went back in to ask what was going on and were told we didn't come back in so they sold it to someone else... how would we have known to come back in if we were never told the part had arrived?? Took another fleet vehicle in after being on the road for 3 mos. with a noise in the front end. Took the Service guy Jake for a ride to show him what it was doing and he said the front shock was blown, its a known problem. Said he would order new shocks and here we are 4 mos. later and nothing was ever ordered. Now they expect us to bring it in and leave it for 48hrs?? In what world does that make sense?? Drop off a business vehicle for 2 days and lose all that work to diagnose a blown shock... I will gladly go out of my way and take all our Fleet vehicles to Denny Menholt Ford, they are much more accommodating to Commercial Customers.

The best. Memorial Day my engine fan wouldn’t turn off so I went to the dealership and the Sales Reps were so willing to do what they could to help and got me through the day. All of the staff were completely courteous and respectful. Special thanks for the Sales Dept. for helping me on a holiday. The service department was just as friendly and courteous. Thank You to all the people at Laurel Ford!!!!!!

Out of town and Stranded in Helena on Monday after Easter weekend with an electrical problem. Had my Expedition towed to the dealership but they said they couldn’t look at it until the next day or until the end of the week. Three service writers there sitting at there computers and none were interested in serving us to try and get us back on the road. No rental cars or by loaners but would drive us to a rental car company at the airport. Totally unprofessional and caring dealership. Tow company fixed our problem that afternoon.

Courtesy Ford knows customer service. They scheduled my vehicle service at a time that worked for me and gave me a ride back to work and delivered the finished vehicle. Service men and women had smiles and a pleasant attitude. It's nice to have someone working to make my day better!

charged me 5400, and didnt fix my coolant leak at all, am pretty sure they didnt do half the work they said they did, and my truck has more issues than when it went in...but my husband got a free oil change on his vehicle afterwards and then they told him that it needed over 5000 repairs for the check engine light that we asked to be diagnosed over two years ago and they couldnt figure out til now! needless to say i cant drive my truck but they offered to buy my truck for a ridiculous trade in price! never again!! 🤬

When I first talked to you I couldn't believe I had met a car salesman who actually had my best interest in mind. It seemed so simple of a task to purchase a vehicle with you behind me. I told you what I was looking for, and you actually listened and were honest with me in regards to the car that would best suit me. You didn't try and get me into something more expensive. As far as I'm concerned you have broken the mold when it comes to car salesmen. I won't hesitate a second when I start looking to trade or buy another vehicle. Traveling the few hundred miles is well worth it to get the service I received when purchasing my car through you. I will send anyone your way.
