I had a great experience with Fair Oaks Lincoln in Naperville, when I went to trade in my car! From Justin who originally got me in the door to Eddie who spent countless hours with me, (basically closing the deal) but certainly NOT pressuring me! I LOVE the no pressure part, which allowed me to “sleep on it”. I then went in the next day, (unfortunately Eddie had the day off), but Jorge was there to reassure me and answer any last minute questions before I went into the finance department to seal the deal! I’ve always taken my Lincoln there for service, and will continue to do so with my new one! Fair oaks Lincoln took what could be a painful experience, to a PAINLESS, PLEASANT, FUN experience, which will always keep me coming back as another satisfied customer!!

We have purchased 3 new vehicles in recent years from DeLong and their deals can't be beat. Well worth the drive from Springfield, Illinois. Today we had the opportunity of a new experience at DeLong Ford. My mother passed away a year and a half ago and we contacted KelliMarie at DeLong to inquire if they purchase vehicles and she called us back within an hour with a very fair offer to which we accepted. They made the process so seemless and we were in and out within 20 minutes. KelliMarie was wonderful to work with and of course the owner,, Jonathan DeLong always takes time to speak with you personally, go find that experience at these large dealerships, you won't, only at DeLong Ford Dwight, Illinois. I have been visiting and using Wickstrom Ford/Lincoln since I lived at home with my parents, my husband and I purchase all our cars and trucks through them I purchased a car with my oldest trough them and I would never of thinking of going anywhere else for service. I have worked with Steve D and Manny A for every purchase and they both are honest and stand behind everything they say. Service is the same way they never try to fix things just to cost you money, they explain everything and go over the best options for repair. No need to shop around at Wickstrom you are getting the best!

I went in for an oil change and waited at the dealer. I was surpried to find no hand sanitizer in the waiting room and no sanitizing sheets to wipe surfaces on the chairs or tables. Also, when the work was completed, I was sent to find my car out on the lot instead of it being at the service bay check-in/payment counter for me. After all, I did wait for the service, I didn't leave the dealer. It's not like I showed up later for pickup. Then, when I finally found my car and was ready to leave, a FedEx delivery truck blocked my way, so I had to wait for them to find the pkg and deliver it inside. I realize that's not the dealer's fault, but it was just the last straw. I guess I'm just grateful it wasn't raining! With my previous car, I've had service performed at a local Dodge dealer and never had to go any farther than the payment counter to leave in my car.
