Doug Smith Spanish Fork is the best car dealership I have dealt with in my 40 years of buying cars. The entire staff is very helpful and impeccably honest, from my experience. I worked directly with Marcos Pereyra in purchasing a 2022 Wrangler Rubicon. My son first worked with Marcos to purchase a 2022 Gladiator. He was so impressed with his humble, honest help that I went to Marcos to purchase my Rubicon. I had such a good experience with him that my brother went to Marcos to purchase a Wrangle Sahara. I would highly recommend Marcos to anyone interested in purchasing a car at Doug Smith - Spanish Fork! The other staff (Joey & Hunter) were exceptionally efficient and helpful while being totally upfront and honest. I can't say enough good about these folks!

Less than 2 years ago I bought this truck. I was feeling like everything had fallen into place. We just moved from San Diego 4 months before. We moved into our townhouse the month before. I was driving my dream in the color I'd wanted. That was July 2020. Thanksgiving 2021 check engine light comes on right after I had my oil changed. This marks the beginning of the end of my trust and love of my truck. After 4 attempts to take it in and get it fixed Stephen Wade Ram Jeep] it finally died on me on the freeway just before the Hurricane exit. Dealer picked it up and kept it for 6.5 weeks!!!!! Gave me a loner that drained my small savings. They were so proud to have it fixed. New fuel rails, new starter. Assured me all is safe and good. Less than 3 weeks later I'm now stuck in Palm Desert @ my mom's. Oil light came on. Dealer here changed oil and filter. Assured me the light coming back on is just them forgetting to reset it. NOPE. After 90 minutes of trying to figure it out, I'm stranded. Yes, stranded! They don't allow their loaners to leave the state. Thanks Stephen Wade Ram Jeep] for selling me a LEMON 🍋 and making me keep it. DO NOT BY AN ECO DIESEL! AND DON'T TRUST @stephenwadeauto

After 3 days of negotiating, because the dealership refused to talk terms, we were finally in the home stretch talking terms. When the salesman abruptly ended the negotiation by saying the truck was now sold. This demonstrates poor form in good faith negotiations.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. - BEWARE

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. You will wait days for simple repairs and have more problems leaving than what you went in with. They misplace parts when taking apart/putting your car together, causing you to have to go back. They charge ridiculous fees for labor but pay their employees very little. The manager stays up in his high tower, leaving the employees to fend for themselves. They overbook cars so the mechanics are working on several cars at once. The lack of attention to detail causes extremely long wait times and avoidable errors (48 hr for a simple oil change!). WORST automobile service I’ve ever had. You will lose money and gain problems by taking your car here. They should be put out of business for mistreatment of customers, employees and being total scam artists! I love my jeep and am so sad to say this place does not represent their brand well. You can tell the staff is drained from low pay and poor management. Terrible to see people being taken advantage of in so many ways. Save your money and go to a local mom&pop shop, where they have morals, care about their customers, their repeat business and pay their employees fair wages. You will be glad you did.

Our car was having issues with a sensor. We were busy during the day, but called around 4:30 on a Saturday to see if the service area could maybe answer a question for us over the phone. They never answered, so the front desk told us to just come in to the shop. I specifically said, “Are you sure? Because your website says they close at 5 on Saturday” to which we got a “No, they close at 6”. We get there at 4:40 and were told all the service guys had been sent home because they had “nothing to work on”. Very disappointing when we checked beforehand that it wouldn’t be a waste of our time and that workers who are paid to be there until 5 o’clock we’re sent home early when the front desk was aware we were coming. At least leave 1 guy for situations like this! 👎🏼 Then told us it would be 5 days until they could get us in again to simply read a code for us! 🙄

Our salesman was Javier, he was the best. And the financial person was great as well. It was easy to purchase our new Dodge Ram, no hassle and everyone was very friendly. Javier answered all our questions, helped with extras we wanted on the truck, even schedule us a loaner car since we were from out of town to use while our trailer hitch was being installed.

Purchased a Truck from Justin at the end of December. There were some things that needed to be done on the truck to service the "E" Brake light and a very squeaky door hinge. They gave me a "We owe" to fix the parts on them. Took the truck into service about a week later for them to actually find out what was wrong. They did. Was told the parts would be ordered and I would be notified when in to get it done. That has NEVER happened. Period. Its now almost May and I cannot reach Katelyn in service despite my many many attempts to do so. I've talked to her directly once and she told me she would call me back. That was over a month ago (March 15th). I have done the online chat, called the actual store and given my name and phone number to many people who work here and promised "We will call you or email you here soon" Nothing. Radio silence from everyone. How hard is this? If parts are backordered, fine, at least call your customers to let them know what is happening. I work in the industry so I know how this all works. When everything here is said and done, I will never return.

We have been here now a few times. One of those times I had asked the man behind the counter about the specs on my truck because I was thinking about getting a camper. Well he told me to Google it and he said that my 2019 RAM 3500 long bed could only hold 2000 pounds. He was so wrong and rude. Oh yes and we spent over 1000 dollars that day and were planning to return to get tires another 1236 dollars. Well we scheduled the appointment and were told an hour and half. Which we were ok with because we would still have time to get to our next appointment. Lol sarcasticly!! They took 2 and half hours and every time anyone there spoke to us it was a lie. Then I complained and was told I would get a discount. Lol sarcasticly!! No he said I got one but it was exactly the same amount he gave me when I set up the appointment. Another lie.. Oh yes and who ever was behind the parts counter sure had a dirty word or two to say after each call he got off of. We can even talk about the sales staff screaming across the lobby. Yes we have spent almost 6 hours there. I wish Karl would check out his name sake.

wanted to buy a used car. when I got to the paperwork it was 7k over book. Salesman was so so pushy. No explanation on contract just tried to get me to sign as quick as possible. I should have been more observant but my lil kids were done being there. they took tgat to their advantage.
