If I could give ZERO stars, I would! - whit1788
If I could give ZERO stars, I would! My boyfriend purchased a 2022 Dodge Ram 2500 from Elizabeth Grant on 6/20/22. After signing all the papers to get the truck, we inspected the truck and found a dent in the back bumper as if it's been wrecked or bumped into something. It was late when we finished the deal, around 730pm or so, and everyone had gone home for the day - the truck wasn't cleaned and the bumper was dented. So, he was asked to bring the truck back the next day by Elizabeth and her manager, Keith Hemion. He dropped the truck off Tuesday morning (6/21/22) and picked it back up the same night. Bumper was still dented and the truck was still dirty, although the guy did spray some tire shine on the tires before giving the keys to us. Fast forward to yesterday (6/29/22), 9 days of him having the truck and the THIRD drop off to them to make this right - we spoke with Elizabeth, who spoke to her boss, who spoke to his boss, and we spoke to apparently "the boss" Beth Grant (go figure) who tells us "they did the best they could to get the dent out, but since it's a Chrome bumper it can't be all the way fixed" and "what are we willing to pay for a new bumper" and then proceeds to tell us that even after buying a brand new $60,000 truck off THEIR lot "the store didn't make that much money on his sale so a NEW bumper doesn't fit into their budget". Common sense and just good customer skills tells you "Since you can't fix the dent that was in the bumper when it was bought - you REPLACE it". This dealership and the people at this store are a JOKE!
