Then we worked with John Ward for my sons second car purchase of a 2022 Charger Scat Pack. John was quick to find out what accessories and options were wanted for the new car and priced it out and ordered it. With the supply chain and how terrible it is currently in the world it was amazing to receive a call as fast as we did to let us know the car had arrived. From start to finish was quick with no issues arising at all. Thank you John! Also Lou Martin was amazing explaining the financing process and all the warranties and options available to my son with his new vehicle. This location and its employees are always a pleasure to walk into and the service department is always very helpful and quick to get you in and out in a timely manner. I brought my jeep sahara from Artioli Dodge almost 3 months ago.Shortly after i brought the jeep the dealer had burnt down in flames.Dan my salesman had done the best he could under the circumstances.Finally received my floor mats yesterday 7/26.And i gave dan and the dealer a rating of 5.He did the best he could under these circumstances.

Day 1 - Wed, Aug. - tmathiau

Day 1 - Wed, Aug. 3rd, Dropped off at 7:30 a.m., surrendered extended warranty information for a second time. Received a text stating no additional info on the vehicle. They will contact me when they do—day 2 - Thur. On Aug 4th, No communication from the service advisor at 12:35 p.m. so left a voice message. I called back at 3:40 p.m. and my advisor stated they found low rear brake pads and a small leak in the radiator. Nothing about the right rear door lock actuator for which it came in. When I questioned him he said yes they have all the parts in stock, but he needed the Warranty Company so he check to see if it was all parts are covered. I gave them the Warranty Company for the 3rd time! Day 3 - Friday, Aug. 5th, This jeep has been in the shop for 24.5 working hours when I called at 2 p.m. and was told the advisor is on the phone with the Warranty Company and would call back. (wouldn't all diagnoses and warranty verification be done on day one)? I received a call back at 3:05 p.m. to inform me the radiator and actuator are covered, but he didn't have the actuator as first thought and delivery was a month out. I asked to install an aftermarket one. At this point, the jeep has been in the service department for 25+ hours and nothing has been repaired—day 4 - Sat. Aug. 6th, I didn't hear from anyone all day. Now we're up to 33+ working hours. Day 5 - Mon. On Aug 8th called at 12:35 p.m. to get a progress report. The technician called me back at 2:55 p.m. to inform me the jeep is ready for pick-up. I'm not sure why it took 5 days or 40+ working hours to complete these tasks when the rate from ALLDATA allows 3.8 hours for a Radiator, R&R and 1.3 hours for a Rear Door Lock Actuator, R&R 1.3 hours, and I'll throw in miscellaneous delivery time, etc. of 12 hours. That's a total of 17.1 hours! I had to wash my vehicle inside and out, disinfect and rinse off the residual anti-freeze.

Who can honestly say that they enjoy the whole “buying a car” process? I surely cannot! I actually hate the entire process. But, buying a car at Fitzpatrick’s CJDR has shed light on the car buying experience altogether. Mark Fitzpatrick is the MAN!!! He was extremely pleasant, knowledgeable, funny, and most importantly, he was honest. Mark is the reason I keep going back to Fitzpatrick’s and will continue to for my next vehicle.

If I could give no stars I would. This was the worst car shopping experience of my life. I ordered a 2022 Jeep Rubicon from them in may. I specifically ordered black exterior and black interior. Well 4 months goes by and the Rubicon finally arrives and I get a text message from the sales person Kyle Ouellet saying that he accidentally ordered me brown/tan interior. I was immediately turned off of the purchase. To make it even worse, I got an email from jeep saying my car was delivered to this dealership on August 2nd…. I didn’t hear from them until august 8th, and that’s only because I called to see what was going on! If I hadn’t reached out, I don’t know when they would have notified me my vehicle was delivered. So my car sat in that lot for a week and nobody notified me haha. Scott Brittingham Jr the general manager blamed it on Jeep, and stated that Jeep never gets their delivery dates right. The whole thing was sketchy. I was promised by Kyle that he would notify me the day of delivery or possibly 24 hours in advance…. Didn’t happen. I also asked for no license plate bracket to be put on the front bumper because I didn’t want holes in the bumper, Kyle assured me that wouldn’t happen. Well, when I looked at the car, guess what. There was holes drilled in the bumper. Can’t make this stuff up. You would think that dishing out $60,000 maybe your wishes would be listened to carefully, but no, not at this dealer. They are smug and rude. After complaining about the issues they offered to re order me another rubicon with the correct seats. Which would have taken 4-6 months. Naturally I was upset, so I asked to be compensated further, and I was told no. So I told them they would be getting some negative reviews, and the general manager Scott Brittingham Jr told me if you are gonna threaten us with bad online reviews we don’t want your business, get out. So I left unhappy. Ruined my entire jeep mood, don’t know if I will be purchasing a jeep in general anymore because of this experience… and if I do it DEFINITELY WON’T BE with this dealership. Please do not shop from them, they will try and squeeze you for every penny and will be shady in the process, and if you complain enough they will ask you to leave. Absolutely terrible experience. I’m contacting Jeep/Chrysler next. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!

They never should have changed the staff in the service department. Complained that there is something wrong with exhaust/emissions last 3 or 4 times I was there. Engine light comes on for the second time in as many months. An emission problem they said. I also needed my emissions test done at the same time. They did the test BEFORE checking why the engine light was on and my car failed the test. There were other problems that I'm sure were there on my previous visits that all of a sudden they found. I took my car to another mechanic and he found more issues than Robert's had told me. This mechanic told me also that I yes indeed do have an exhaust issue even though Robert's service manager told me he checked himself and there was absolutely nothing wrong with it. Evidently unless your check engine light comes on and a code comes up on the diagnostic to tell them what to do they can't do a thorough inspection on their own. Take it to a self owned mechanic and he thoroughly checks the car and finds the issues by actually looking for them. The price of fixing all of the actual issues is so high that I will be looking for a new vehicle when I least need to be. I have been a faithful customer for over 12 years but with such disrespect for me and my vehicle I will be looking elsewhere for my new vehicle. Loyalty obviously means nothing here.

Buyer Beware! Service Dept. Likes to Vandalize your vehicle when you need work to it! You can't talk or ask question about anything, or they will ruin your ride some how! I had to have a battery replaced 1 month after buying my car, brought it in and was talking to the so-called mechanic??Criminal ! He was looking in the engine department to change the battery? The battery is in the trunk! The car was outside with camera facing my car! I guest I asked to many questions, I went inside for awhile and while I was going backout I saw him writing something on my opened trunk lid! I though he was writing something down. But as he walked away there was no paper?? When I got home I saw a small bubble on my decal strip! It was Super Glue! Went back and told the A.H. who covered for him there what happened and they admitted seeing the video he marked my trunk decal with Super Glue! Nothing was done to him! The Co. Paid to replace my trunk decal! They should have made him pay!! And he should have been Fired!!!!! They cover for the Criminals that work there! N.F.G.!! Stay away! Crooks!! They do something to your vehicle and then you have to come back to have it fix! And they Broke it!! Dirty xxxxx.! Even the owners never got back to me! Bolles Brothers!! Crooks to!! They Give Dodge a Bad name! You pay a lot of money and this is what they do to you!! Zero Stars! Do not go there! You will Regret it!!

They refused to give me a service appointment because they claimed I left a poor review from a repair in 2020 which was not true. Furthermore, even though I've spent thousands of dollars in repairs over the years, since I didn't buy my truck from them, I'm not their customer and they don't have to service my vehicle. They have blacklisted me on their computer system!

Because I was not only looking for a reasonable deal but also safety, Mr. Jeff Gladding was able to assist me with a kind and courteous disposition that made me feel comfortable during my car shopping experience. Most importantly, I was highly impressed with Jeff's honesty as well as his willingness to show me vehicles that were in my price range.
