This place is a nightmare. - Matthewc523
This place is a nightmare. I bought a car 13 days ago that had the tire pressure sensor broken. They told me that they would contact me a few days later to fix the issue, as I have an after purchase repair order. Nobody called or reached out to me, so after a few days I call asking for them to call me back and to set up an appointment to get it fixed. They then called me and told me that instead of bringing it into them I can take it to any Les Schwab and get it repaired and have it invoiced back to them. I go to Les Schwab and they give me a weird look when I tell them that Raridons told me to have them invoice them for the repairs. The manager of Les Schwab then tells me that he called them and NOW they want to do the repairs in house. After wasting 2 hours of my time there I head back to the Raridons to set up an appointment to get it fixed a few days later. The day comes and they have my car for 5 hours, when Jimmy said it would be like a 3-4 hour operation. I get here and the parts are not even ordered, so I spent 5 hours waiting for my car to be repaired and when I show up in person is when he chose to order the parts. When I bought the car I was told that parts where ALREADY on their way. Jimmy said he would call me later that night to set up an appointment (he didn’t call me back). The next day he says that I can come in for an hour and they will repair my car. If you had to order the parts when I was there, how could they have possibly arrived the next morning?? I’m writing this review in their lobby, wondering why I have had to wait for 2 hours to get 4 sensors fixed. (I just went and asked Jimmy and he said it’s going to be another 20 minutes)
Don’t go to this place, they are sleazy and just down right unprofessional.
