Liars and cheats at McCurley Chevrolet in Pasco, especially Kevon Bailas. Placed an order for a Tahoe in Oct. 2021. Kevon neglected to tell me that the 2022 models came with a 6.2L, so I requested he update my order for that engine in Dec. 2021. After a long wait for my family, my order was finally accepted in May 2022. Come to find out, my order did not have the 6.2L. Kevon told me the order got “reverted” back to the 5.3L since all 6.2L engines stopped production. After calling numerous other dealerships, I found out this was not the case and Kevon was hustling me, so I yet again requested he change my order to the engine I wanted. Several weeks later, I discovered my Tahoe had been built and was being shipped to McCurley. I called the ordering manager, James, to ask him what the deal was. He indicated that it was built with the 5.3L and there were never any requests to update the engine. He confronted Kevon and Kevon blatantly lied to him, stating that I never asked him to change the engine and my conversations with him never happened. Beware of this dealership and their employees. Remember the name Kevon Bailas and try not to get hustled like I did. I am lucky I was able to place an order with Dave Smith and will be getting a 6.2L Tahoe in 3-6 months.

I believe Sunset Chevrolet is both intentionally dishonest and flat out incompetent. I understand my unique circumstances won’t apply to 95% of their potential clients but I do think it shows the lack of integrity, care, and overall customer appreciation which any potential client should take into consideration before giving them your business. I live in Arizona. It is currently very hard to find Chevrolet Suburbans and Tahoes. I happened to find one online at Sunset Chevrolet. They were asking $5,000 over MSRP (I hope people take note of all the dealers gouging their clients during these times) but I understood the supply and demand so agreed to make the purchase. I had 5 requirements for the purchase. Black exterior, black interior, captains chairs, cooled seats, and the rear view mirror being a camera. Obviously it’s pretty easy to see what the color is, see the seat configuration but most pics won’t show if the rear view mirror is a camera or not so I asked my salesperson Doug to please go check in person. Doug comes back and assured me it had a camera for a rear view. After closing the deal I set up for the car to be delivered. Upon delivery I didn’t have a single document to say I bought the car, no registration, no temp tag, but most importantly no rear view camera. Doug flat out lied to me. At this point there’s not much I can do. I accept I got burned. I’m now 2 months post purchase and I’ve yet to receive the registration I paid them for with the purchase. After doing all the leg work myself I find out they miscalculated my tax, registration, etc and for me to legally register my car I need to pay the MVD $850. I call them assuming they’ll handle it. Nope!!! Apparently their miscalculation is my problem and my expense. They 100% agreed they messed up. However I’m on the hook and they could care less. Stay away from these people. They’re both incompetent and dishonest.

Our Rep Riley Neumann was INCREDIBLE. DAYS of graciously answering our million questions online, in text & on the phone (we were calling from Canada). ~ What totally sold us on this dealership was Riley's Colour Board of Fame ... pictures that customer kids had done for him. With a display like that in a business ... the company had to have a heart, & Riley proved it. The car we bought spoke for itself ... Dwayne Lanes totally restored my faith in mankind & proved that not all car dealerships are the same. Ask for Riley, purchase with confidence.

Just bought a 2021 Silverado LT Crew Cab. Was happy with my sales rep Richard Graham. He was great with answering the questions I had and directed a very smooth transaction. Richard was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain all the features and technology the truck had as I owned my last Silverado for 18 years and wasn’t up to date on all that stuff. I would recommend Richard if you use Good Chevrolet.

Please avoid this place. I am completely distraught over the crook like behavior they all displayed today. I was able to out deal the manager and left to think about offer. Came back only for him to say “Oh, that’s not the truck we offered you.” Obviously to try and screw me and make up the money he couldn’t make by swaying me into a bad deal. Then he proceeded to ding my credit multiple times after I said I would be comparing offers to other dealers. I come back with 4K cash and my trade in and he retracts and says he offered me a white ford and that this truck sold within an hour of me coming back. Obviously a crook like tactic to screw me again. I have legal documentation proving what they offered specifically which vehicle as well. Now I have multiple dings can’t get another truck because of it and now I’m inconvenienced all over them wanting to bank on me. They take advantage and it’s obvious. The picture is proof. I will be taking this as far as humanly possible. In which they know I’ll probably be at their mercy.

Worst service experience. The Service Advisor was clearly overwhelmed. Reasonable requests for updates were ignored or the responses were ambiguous and meaningless. Contact with Service Manage resulted in an unreasoned defense of their process. Mr. Merryman sent me a detailed email to justify the poor service, it was full of inaccuracies and falsehoods. My last visit to Bud Clary Service, barring a catastrophic failure.

I needed to have a car serviced and the earliest I could get an appointment at another dealership was two weeks away. I called Camp where my other vehicles are serviced and obtained an appointment in two days. I am really impressed with their service, professionalism, and courtesy. I am always treated with respect and kept informed on the status of the service taking place. From one who has gone to other dealerships, I would strongly recommend Camp to anyone who needs service on their vehicle/s. My son and I went to purchase a 2022 Hyundai Elantra N-series sedan the we saw advertised on Cars.com for $26,850. My son was excited to be purchasing his first brand new car on his own and had his heart set on this sedan. When we sat down to do the purchase we were told the price of the vehicle was $29,850. We told them that we saw the car advertised at $26,850 (which is the MSRP) only to be told that Cars.com was a third party advertiser and did not post the correct price. We stated we would purchase the car for the MSRP of $26,850 and were told they would not sell us the car for that price. The salesman stated that the $3000 market adjustment was lower that what Seattle dealers were charging and that if we didn't buy the car then someone from the Seattle area would purchase the car and gladly pay the $3000 market adjustment. We left the dealership without buying the car. My son had saved and gotten at $10,000 cashiers check made out to Titus-Will as the down payment and we were willing to trade our old car (trade value $3800) for only $2000. Needless to say we were very disappointed. We went to Bud Clary in Auburn and bought the same exact car for the MSRP of $26,860.

What happened to your service department so terrible a problem going in, worse problems coming out vehicle not fixed. No interaction with mechanics, no test drives, service desk are inexperienced can only read what’s on paperwork. No wonder why foreign cars are beating Chevorlet out of business,what happened to your pride Burien. We will be spreading the word about your terrible down fall’s with your service and seeking out other locations even if it’s a distance from our house to get better service.
