They give me the run around every time I need service done. Now my car has gotten worse because they always tell me they do not have time to work on my car.

We were looking for a used Tahoe and I reached out to Blackmon Chevy to see if they could find us what we’re looking for. The salesman I talked to was very friendly and helpful. The problem I had was with the manager that called when he found a Tahoe was wanting us to basically commit to buying it before it arrived and told me he had new ones he’d rather be selling! His whole tone and the way he spoke to me really shot the whole deal. But the got the tuck in and my wife stopped and looked at it and decided it was in to rough of a condition to buy so we bought elsewhere.

My husband was looking for a vehicle due to us expecting a baby and him having safety concerns with his current Maxima. He wanted to pay cash for the $80,000 he was looking to buy. We went to Rogers-Dabbs where he was told at minimum he would HAVE to finance a WARRANTY if he was not going to finance the vehicle itself. He spoke with a different sales person there later on who got their sales manager involved. The sales manager first told my husband that he had a NEW vehicle that he had an invoice on that he could put $5000 towards the vehicle until it arrived at the dealership and get first right of refusal if it came in and it wasn't what he wanted. When he found out my husband was paying cash, he changed his story and said he couldn't just put the $5000 down because he had the invoice (which again, he had already told us he had at the beginning). He then told my husband they could not sell to him at all if he didn't finance the car. My husband told him he could go to the bank right then and get the money out and come back, but the manager said they "have a quota to meet" on financing contracts and he could not sell unless he financed. We later talked to two friends of ours who are attorneys, and both said this may be illegal.

I bought my son's truck with a black widow package on it from Turan Foley. The package was on it when we test drove it and purchased. At 62,000 miles, the transmission died. GM does not warranty any vehicles that has any package on it. We were told the dealership would have to handle replacement. What transmission goes out at that few miles?! Contacted the dealership and was told they only warranty up to 60K so we would have to pay for a transmission replacement on the truck and that they don't have time to fool with it. GM also informed us that any new transmission will also not be covered by them since the dealership altered the calibration. A truck that is only 5 years old and basically no longer runs. Turan Foley told us nothing about the GM voided warranty and has no interest in helping. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. And, certainly do not by anything with their SCA package or any other. They will lie and tell you it is covered. DO NOT BELIEVE THEM. Contact GM directly before purchasing a vehicle from them.

I would high recommend giving Crossroads Chevy a shot at selling you a vehicle you will not be disappointed. I called to set an appointment to get my vehicle serviced and the service rep rudely answered the phone; she told me that it would be 3 weeks before they could service my vehicle and that the mechanics where overwhelmed as if it wasn’t there job. This was not the first time that this happened, I’ve called multiple times and they always say that it’ll be more than a 2 weeks before they can service my vehicle.

The mission statement in the "About Us" section in their website clearly slanders: "Good credit, bad credit, no credit, or if you're just a first time buyer please come see us today!" Well don't depend on that, I had researched all of their reviews and they were surprisingly good, obviously wrote by someone associated with the company. My first experience with the company, I filled out the application and the salesperson (Daniel) proceeded to go to the back room and discuss my application with the financial advisor where as I could hear the whole entire conversation between the two. At one point in the conversation I heard profanity when talking about my application, these people are not professional and have a lack of respect for customers. My opinion, LOOK FOR ANOTHER DEALERSHIP.

We were looking at it when a man walked up and asked if I wanted to buy it. He and his wife had just bought it. Salesman apologized and offered a tank of gas for our trouble. The service Department is awful. Brought in a 2020 2500HD with 2k miles with brake problems in November and they would not look at it. In March, took it back and thanks to GM, they had to replace brake pads. Fast forward two months later, the brakes are worse than before and Nelson Hall simply replies, " it is just the brake pads that go on there causing the issues" I am driving around in a 2020 Chev 2500HD Z71 that sounds like it is a 20 year old truck. I have driven Chev for the past 20 plus years, but this will be my last. I will not deal with them again

I recently went to another dealership in Tennessee and they excessively ran my credit score down by 100 points. We needed a second car to get around and Dannie Sanders did an awesome job at finding me beyond what I wanted. I'm purchased a 2015 Chevrolet Equinox in which I love. I got approved within a day and knew exactly what was what. The Finance manager Holly offered me everything I needed and the paperwork was the fastest process I have ever experienced in my 20 years of driving. The owner Mike worked with me to make sure i received everything that I needed and wanted. Even after I made the purchase I received a goodie box filled with a thank you card, cookies and Triple M coffee mugs. I have never had this experience ever with any other dealership. This is by far the greatest I've ever had. I will definitely be back to purchase all of my vehicles from them.

It's nice to know that there are still dealerships that respect and value their customers. I purchased a 2022 Bolt EUV yesterday for my wife from Walt Massey Chevrolet and it couldn't have gone more smoothly. My salesman, Greg Ogden, went out of his way to make sure my car was ready to get me home (it to be charged after being unloaded from the truck), sent me constant updates, and made sure everything went to plan when I arrived. Dennon Dearmon made sure I paid the price I had agreed to beforehand, I was given the trade value we had agreed to beforehand, and there were no last minute add-ons or surprises. I had to make a 5 hour round trip to buy from Walt Massey and I would do it again. After dealing with scummy dealerships in the New Orleans area (I'm looking at you, Leson Chevrolet and Best Chevrolet), Walt Massey was a breath of fresh air. Thank you!
