Jeff is an amazing finance person. Did everything he needed to do and then some. Was extremely clear about everything and went over everything with extreme clarity while providing some of the best customer service in not only car dealership finance but finance as a whole. Nick Beyer was my salesmen and I cannot speak enough on how amazing of a guy he is. As a person, as a salesman he is absolutely fantastic. His customer service should be held on a pedestal and used as a standard for all dealerships in America. I live in Hagerstown, Md (65 miles away) and made my first contact with Brianne who helped me put a $1000 deposit on a 2022 Chevy Bolt EUV over TEXT MESSAGING. Then, I was in contact with Pete Matthews each week for a month until the 2022 Chevy Bolt was ready to be purchase. Sport Chevrolet sent me a driver named Earl who had a very pleasant demeanor. Earl drove me to the dealership where Pete was ready to meet me. I was treated with the most utmost respect as soon as I entered the doors. They were ready to answer all my questions and concerns. Placed in the service queue for an oil change and then overlooked. After 40 minutes returned to service desk. I asked the service rep to check the tire pressure since the TPM was reading slightly low pressure on all tires. It was not done. No inspection report accompanied my invoice.

My husband and I were looking for weeks for a used car which would fit our needs. after many trips to different dealerships and the frustration of having a really hard time finding a used car which would fit our budget and work for us and our english mastiffs, we luckily received an email from Madison Hill ( Sales Associate ) that she would do her very best to help us find what we been looking for. She kept her word and as we walked in at the dealer ship we been greeted with professionalism and outstanding customer care. I took my Cadillac CTS to get serviced 2 weeks ago. It was constantly not detecting the remote and would not start. The issue was getting worst. Miller Brothers kept it for 2 weeks. At first they told me that it was a remote issue. I took my second remote to them because it was doing the same thing. After 2 weeks of not hearing from them, I called them and they told me that they could not find a problem and it worked fine. I picked the vehicle up and took it home. The very next morning they vehicle would not start and the display is indicating that it is not detecting the remote. I am irate and this is very very poor service.

Grant Williams, Jordan Newman and Chris Reynolds were super cooperative with my particular needs: I booked a one way flight from Tennessee to Washington D.C. so that I could drive our new Equinox home myself. I wanted to break-in the brakes, the camshaft and seat the piston rings with some proper procedures. When we first found the vehicle we wanted, Lexington Park reserved it for us without even a down payment or some "good faith" money. This dealership went the extra mile and then some to accommodate my unusual requests. Chris picked me up at the airport and drove me to the dealership. This is a good place to buy a car.

I scheduled an appointment for an oil change with the dealership, it was confirmed via email and I showed up today at 3:00pm. The gentlemen at the counter was very rude and said, "we don't schedule appointments online." I showed him the email and he just said, the gentlemen then said, "well that person no longer works here". So the question becomes, do you take appointments online or don't you? The proper way to handle this would be to try and help. Nope. I was told I have to leave that there are not appointments for weeks for an oil change. I suggest you update your website and publicly state there that you no longer take appointments online. We'll never return, and we'll tell everyone we know not to do business there either. Never been treated so poorly, and I did everything right, they did everything wrong. Customer service is simple really, "I'm sorry that happened to you. You are right, we should have changed our website to notify customers that we are no longer taking appointments online. Let's see what we can do to make this right." But no, couldn't do that. Not sure how you would trust them with your car when they are so disrespectful up front.

My appointment was at 8 am for an oil change & a car wash, they said it would be an hour & 45 mins. Turned out to be 3 hours and they didn't wash my vehicle! Makes you wonder if they are doing any of the services customers request or just doing the bare minimum to get paid!!! I will not be returning as this is not the first time this has happened.

They treated us as if we were the only customers in the place. We have been to two other Chevelet dealers near us and were not treated with the respect and kindness that we received at Bayside Chevelet.

Phenomenal experience. In a market where dealerships are regularly gouging with market adjustments and lower than market value offers on trade in’s, I experienced neither. We were able to easy agree on deal that was a fair transaction for both parties. The staff was down to Earth, not pushy, and accommodating. I felt like customer who was valued for my business. I traveled an hour and a half to do businesses with them based off my initial phone call and would do it again in a minute. They’ve earned my repeat business.
