This dealership is very nice. Large lot with plenty of room to drive around and look at vehicles. The staff are all very Friendly and knowledgeable. Purchased a 2023 Chevrolet Trailblazer yesterday and drove it right home. They filled the gas tank full of fuel. Which was a nice feature. Never had a dealership do that before.

Wow! I just about gave up on this dealership because of the response on 3 calls with 3 different salespeople. Typical New Yorker that I am, I got angry and wrote a slamming email. Low and behold.... Joe responds promising me the world. Yeah right. He apologized for his coworkers and said he would do it all and make it happen. Called me back about 4.2 minutes later and said I have your truck parked right outside my office. I said I'd be there in about 90 minutes after he told me I did not have to go the the showroom but to come back to the commercial vehicle building. OK, I'll bite. We ran down, met with Joe, saw the truck (the other 3 sales reps told me it was gone, sold, off the lot) and amazingly enough, here it was. All it took was someone to get up off their butt, walk the lot, find the truck, call the person that ordered it to see if they still wanted it and voila, they said no so guess what? We are driving a new 2020 GMC Sierra that took less that 2 hours from arrival to closing, signing off on the deal and out the door. I bought a truck from them in 2019, at the main dealership and it took over 6 hours, several arguments and me walking out with the sales manager chasing me. Sooooo if you need a truck or ANY vehicle, call Joe. He can sell a car, truck, whatever and you will be handled so much better in the commercial department/building than you ever will in the main building where the sales reps are either to lazy to look or they are killing and fighting amongst themselves to get you. GO JOE! I have ordering 5 more trucks in the upcoming year for our business and Joe said he can take orders starting May 27th and from now on... it is Joe. CALL JOE - avoid the issues with the main office!!!! Great deal, explains everything, works the deal to the customers best interests and I learned some valuable information from him. He takes the time to make sure you have everything you need and all your questions answered. Old School service!!!!! Your survey below is sorely lacking though. It will not let me post until I select make but you only list Buick and Chevrolet? We bought a GMC!

I had seen an advertisement about their exchange program. I was helped by John McCaughan. I would like to say that he was so helpful with the entire process. He was very professional and helped me throughout the entire process. Also, when I got to the finance department the gentleman who processed my financing was also very helpful and professional. Our experience with mister Ed Daniels was phenomenal. My husband and I had been surfing the web for a Buick Enclave in a specific color for months to no avail, coincidentally, we had an unrelated service call on Monday evening and the conversation surfaced. During the conversation the service man said he had purchased a vehicle from Swainsboro recently and his son just made a purchase, so he gave me the name, he went on to say that , if the vehicle was out there mister Ed Daniels @ Daniels Chevrolet Buick GMC would find it. Anxiously, I text Monday evening leaving a description of what we were looking for and low and behold I received a text Tuesday morning, back and forth a few times and I told Mr Daniels, we ,my husband and I would be there Wednesday morning to see the vehicle. Upon arrival I spotted the vehicle from the corner and drove straight to it, called Mr Daniels to let him know we were on the lot at the vehicle and he came on out. We had 20 minutes of descriptions, explanation and a test drive, we were sold. There was a minor imperfection on the vehicle, Mr Ed said he would take care of it, no problem. Thursday before lunch he called and said the vehicle was ready and Friday morning we arrived and was back home before 3pm in our new vehicle, which included a lunch stop at Coleman House. Dishonest business practices. I wanted to sell my used car to Toccoa Chevrolet. Kelly Bluebook gave me a guaranteed offer FROM the dealership. When I went to the dealership, they offered me considerably less even though I showed them the printed offer from KBB. Why are you partnered with Kelly Bluebook and their guaranteed offer program if you cannot deliver? Bait and switch. I would avoid doing business with this dealership.

The advisor was not educated on most of the specials and informed me that he didn't know what was on the website because he never visits it. He informed me that I needed two tires. I ask him if they matched prices , he said no when it clearly states on special Guaranteed Price Match on tires. This has never happened in the past because I have always had the best advisor's here.

I was missing a valve stem cap when I arrived there and the gentleman, Mark , that serviced my truck , without me asking , looked for a cap for my truck. Part of this is my fault. I should’ve read paperwork better even if it was close to closing. They raised my interest rate 2% over agreed %. They changed my trade in value as well. Also no where in the add for the truck I bought did they say it was turned in under lemon law. In the add it just says low miles one owner. I’ve bought a lot of cars in my life and I don’t trust any dealer but this has got to be the most deceitful I’ve ever run across. Stay away from this dealer.

When I pulled onto their lot, My salesman Mr. Willie Stripling, walked out of the dealership and met me immediately. Pleasant personality and very knowledgeable of the vehicle. I have good and not so good service here on my Vette. I happy to say on my last 2 visits Ron took very good care of me. He knows his stuff! When I was making an appointment, trying to describe a noise it was making… (ok ladies we all know the eyebrow look we get), this time I did not get “that look”, he says sounds like your water pump. And what was the issue after diagnosis? Water pump! It took 2 days to get the parts but I’m happy to say, the noise is gone. I’m blessed to know I can trust Ron! I hope the dealership can get to the proper staffing levels in the service department to help Ron do an even better jo. Thanks Ron!!!
