Service Dept. WRECKED MY NEW CAR. Took my new 2021, 5k miles, Camaro to Castle Rock Chevrolet Buick GMC (Foundation Auto) for it’s first oil change. Their Grease xxxxxx did $4k+ (ouch) in body damage by not putting the car on the lift properly and then tried to cover it up. Turns out G xxxxxx had only been there 1 week and didn't know how to lift a car made with pinch welds like most cars are. I showed the damage to Service Rep Tim. He took photos of damage and specifically stated, "I see how it happened. No denying, we are at fault". When I asked who their insurance carrier was they 'lawyered up' and severed all communications leaving me no choice but to make an insurance claim with my carrier and leaving me on the hook for $500 deduct, UBERs, car rental, loss of use, time and mileage to body shop, and a bad Carfax report which diminishes the car value by about $4k. Fast forward 3 months. Parts have arrived and the car is in a body shop for an expected 6 week repair stay. My insurance carrier is going after Foundation to recover their loss and my deductible. Never heard from Foundation again.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Rude. Demanding. Took hours for paperwork. Don't respect your time. Harassing. Also wouldn't even give me a ride to close the sale on my new car which I thought was a pretty standard request. The worst part was they were rude and acted like I was unreasonable for asking. Just rude every step of the way. Update after their reply: They didn’t contact me but instead banned my car from being serviced. The response is just to look good here. Now they won’t honor my warranty claims on a 1 week old car because I gave them a bad review.

He was soooo nice. So helping me letting me know every part of what they are doing to my car.. He cares. He understands and he went beyond what I was expecting. It might have taken a month getting to the problem with my, car but the patience and his way of dealing with people who doesn't like a dealership. He went out of his way, for me to have faith that my car was in good hands. I know, lol, he hated seeing me for yet an9the3r time, but he talked me through everything. NONE of that happened here. NONE! Johnson's (Chris & Rich) were SUPER helpful to the point of going out of their way for us. NO high pressure at all. Getting out of the finance office was about as low pressure as one could hope for. We are happy with Johnson & their staff and happy with our purchase. No B.S.

Our salesperson, Matt was very knowledgeable about the specifics of our vehicle, how it compared to other trim levels and how it compared to other full size suv brands. He was not at all pushy, just available to answer any of our questions. I can definitely be a difficult customer as I thoroughly research specs, comparisons and various costs for each addition or trim package. I have a lot of questions, I mean it's a huge purchase. He was great and very patient with us! Now for the painful part #1- the numbers.... it was not at all painful for us. We told him what we wanted to make it work for us, it was realistic, and he made it happen. Now on to painful part #2- the finance department... we met with Daniel. It was absolutely the EASIEST, FASTEST and most PLEASANT experience I've ever had in any finance department! He did not try to bully us into purchasing crap that was completely unnecessary (like GAP insurance). He simply laid out what they offer for extended warranty and other options, why certain ones may or may not benefit us and the associated costs. We said no on most everything and we DIDN'T then spend the next 30 minutes arguing back and forth just defending our decision. He had us in and out of there in less than 15 minutes which is a record for us! Overall, we were very impressed with the entire process. Anyone in Colorado looking for a Chevy needs to go to Bozarth in Lone Tree and ask for Matt and Daniel if they like a pain free car buying experience. 👍

Last year I bought a 2020 2500 Chevy Silverado HD diesel from this dealership I dealt with the owner son Matt and a salesman named Danny Green when my new truck was delivered I did not have runner boards on it as discussed Also the truck had door dings on both the passenger and driver door with chips and paint missing from it also when I picked up my truck it had over 800 miles on it (which I excepted some miles but not that many beings it was not a Preowned vehicle I talk to the salesman Danny they said they would get it taken care of along with my clear bra which was purchased during the deal when I picked up my truck clear bra had bubbles in it and all they did was touch up paint on the doors which I could’ve did myself and it looks like they used a fingernail polish 🤷🏽‍♂️ Which purchasing a new brand new vehicle is unacceptable in my opinion they should’ve repaired them up to a new standard since then I have reached out to this dealer and also the owner which is Matt‘s dad for the last year and a total of 10 times and have not got but one response back Matt told me that basically his hands were tied (in a text message I have) and enjoy my new truck I reached out to his father and to the guy that worked my deal and finance and no return call to me the ethics morals and values of this dealership or at least with my deal was trash!!! And during these phone calls I had let them know that my clear bra was peeling and coming off which they value this at $14-$1700 no return call now I’m in the process of trying to figure out any other legal options or what not that I have because these guys obviously don’t care once the deal is done. In my opinion I would not deal with these two or the dealership after this experience and as far as the paperwork, transition and the rest of deal was excellent went super smooth and easy But now I’m stuck with a damaged truck and a clear bra that should be warranty which I was told it was but again Im A-warrantee is not good if you do not get a call back I was also given three free oil changes which I will not use because now I am worried that my truck might be sabotaged I know that sounds far-fetched but at this point the trust is gone Eric--970-632-8639

After giving myself over a week to cool down and write a truly honest review this is about my terrible experience with Kings Longmont location on 2/4/2022. After finding a vehicle I was interested in I test drove the truck and decided it was time to talk numbers. The original sales consultant helping me had been called out for the day so I resorted to speaking with Jeremy Butters. I asked for my trade to be assessed and it was immediately. After giving me my trade value I asked for a detailed price breakdown of the truck I was interested in and value of my trade. The paper was printed with my trade value I was told and we started to go over the price breakdown on the new Silverado I was interested in. In the middle of that I had to take a phone call so I excused my self from the sales table took care of my phone call and went back inside. Immediately I noticed the tradevalue I was offered was crossed out and deducted by a few thousand dollars. My frustration rose as I asked questions about my trade being deducted but I was never able to get an answer of why my trade was deducted after the fine print had a number in which was agreed on written in fine print. To give myself a chance to cool down I went to lunch and then came back to the Longmont dealership. Found a different truck that I was interested in and decide that was the vehicle I would purchase. After what I thought was a true breakdown of price written down and after asking very simple questions multiple times such as "what other dealers fees and addons will be added to this price." I eventually found i was mislead. Finally deciding to make the purchase I fulfilled all paperwork from Jeremy and a after paperwork was all said and done minus payment and finance info I was sent to the finance department. Looking at all finance paperwork there was multiple charges and fees that were hidden by the sales consultant Jeremy Butters after I specifically asked for a detailed price breakdown of all charges and fees implemented by GMC and King Gmc.  Frustration rose once again and I spoke to the higest authority at the store Steve Rodriguez. Steve was absolutely no help and could not answer any questions. Steve was extremely rude and standoffish.  Steve simply couldn't find the words because he knew Jeremy was in the wrong and had made remarks that were untrue about the deal. Only helpful person that I encountered at the Kings Longmont location was sales manager Chris Kemper. Chris was the only person at the store that cared for the stores reputation and completing the sale with both parties being happy about the deal. Both Steve Rodriguez and Jeremy Butters should never be dealt with if you are looking to buy a vehicle in an honest fashion. I would never recommend Kings auto due to their scandalous and unfortunate employees. Before dealing with Kings consider all other options first as this is the absolute worst dealership imaginable. Overall I love my new truck but am very dissatisfied with the quality of people in which I had to deal with in order to get the vehicle. If it wasn't for the absolute need for a new vehicle that day I would have went elsewhere and will never do buisness at kings again.

Check engine light went on in my 2021 Jeep Wrangler today. Sought an appointment and was told the earliest available appointment was October 20th. No effort to reassure me that it could wait without damaging the vehicle. No effort to accommodate a need prompted by a warning light. Take it or leave it was the attitude so I left it and will pay for service at another service option for a vehicle with 2,400 miles and under warranty.

Kevin was a great sales person to work with. Negotiations were easy and reasonable. He went the extra mile and sent items I left in the car back to me by mail. He was easy to connect with and made the buying process really simple and enjoyable. The finance department moved a little slow and pushed a few extras I didn't want, but not too hard but were also overall pretty easy to work with. I'd definitely go back for a car in future years.

Several years ago, I took my new-to-me vehicle to Hudson. Two days later without vehicle, the bill included $300 for a new keyless entry antenna. Took to Lakewood dealership and learned that no new part was installed and received the service and part for no-charge warranty replacement. This year, went in for a fluid leak. Two days later without vehicle, charged $75 for no leak found. Leak in window washer fluid reservoir is obvious. No service provided by Hudson. Absolutely a FRAUD.

This was the best car buying experience I have ever had, all during the worst possible time to buy a car (no inventory and almost all dealerships charging $2,000-$7,000 over MSRP). Cook is one of the few dealerships that is not taking advantage of their customers during a difficult time, and are NOT charging over MSRP. As the salesmen and managers say, the integrity of the dealership is more important than making money off of a bad situation. My salesman David Wren was so helpful. He took as much time as I needed answering questions, and returned my calls promptly. Friendly, helpful, and honest are three words that describe him well. I was in the process of moving to Colorado from NJ and had to buy a new car, so most of the work with David was done over the phone and internet, but he treated me like I was a customer who was sitting right in front of him. He didn't pressure me to pay for things I didn't want, but made recommendations based on his experience with the climate in the area. David and his manager also honored a verbal agreement we had for a lower price on a package that I had requested, even though the dealership increased the price a few days after our verbal agreement. But the most remarkable thing about David was how concerned he was for me and my safety in driving out to Steamboat Springs to pick up the car. He made arrangements with his manager and the maintenance dept to get the car ready for pickup the same day it arrived, because the following day (when I was supposed to pick it up) had a forecast for bad weather. My bank couldn't get the wire through in time, so I had to drive in the bad weather. David had me call him when I arrived at a few key places so he could check the weather and make sure that it was still safe for me to head up over the mountain pass. David taking the time out to help me navigate the unique weather challenges of the area was priceless. Word of advice... if you are buying a car in winter and you don't live in the immediate area, don't arrange to drive up there if there is any bad weather forecasted, even if it's only 1-3 inches of snow. The manager, who handled the financial part, didn't pressure me in the least, and accepted my "no's" the first time I said them. He is friendly and respectful of his customers, and his respectful, pleasant attitude trickles down to his staff. I really appreciated the service that I got a Cook's. The bottle of Cook's Champagne was a nice touch.
