I don't know what happened from before until this most recent oil change but what a difference! Service is so much more responsive and friendly! Last time I felt as if I was inconveniencing the service team and this time the service manager went out of his way to help and was very responsive and helpful. Great work! Please keep this up!

We had an appointment for an oil change and it still took two hours. Unfortunately, this Service Center takes way too long and charges far too much compared to a local independent shop. There is no real value to us in using this dealer location to have our cars serviced.

This dealership is nice and well kept. However, the wait times for service technicians and the curtosey shuttle are slow. They only have one driver so you will be waiting until he completes his trips for your turn. Other dealerships I’ve experienced have several drivers and minivans to take several people at once.

Never again will I ever attempt to do business with them again. They're vile and grimy as all xxxx. I happened to finally find a Bolt EUV in stock at their dealership. They told me there was a 5k mark up but was included in the price. That already annoyed me but I figured after all my discounts we would be good. Oh boy was I wrong... I get there and immediately they told me about a 5K mark up AFTER the posted price. First lie they told me. This is after driving an hour. Then I lovingly reminded them that GM has specifically told ALL dealers that they are not allowed to mark them up. They tried to tell me that its their business practice, which cracks me up. You literally just told me you break GMs practices that they have instructed you to follow. Along with the fact they are supposed to lower the 22's to the 23 prices. Then I told them about first responder discount and they tried to tell me I don't qualify yet, I just bought a Chevy Colorado a month ago and got my discount. Lie #3 and this pissed me off the most... I told them about GM employee discount and they had the nerve to tell me "We opted out of that" No Sir, again that is straight from GM that is not something you can opt out of. They brought out their BS pricing sheet and tried to include their "paint protection" which for those that don't know all that is, is a car wash with a ceramic coating, same exact coating you get at every car wash on every corner. No take it off. The next was a GPS thing... no thank you take that off, it's included with "my Chevrolet" app. They played stupid like they didn't know that. If you don't know that stop selling Chevy's. So to placate me he took the price down about 4k because he did not want to actually fill out the employee pricing. Must be it would've messed with his bonuses. Then he wanted to tell me that this will sell tonight. I told him great if you can find a sucker to buy it with your xxxxxxxx mark ups then that sucker can buy it I'm not her. We finally agreed on a price (ish - but I had an eff it moment) then all of a sudden I wasn't approved. He went as far as to blame my credit, thanks Sir. Way to treat your customers. First off is my credit isn't perfect however, we literally just bought a brand new Colorado for about the same price and got approved just fine. I have three vehicles in my name and a motorcycle so don't sit there all high and mighty and act like I'm some 18 year old idiot. For a no bull place they are certainly full of the most xxxx I've ever seen. No wonder this place was empty. xxxx two customers walked out while I was there. Now I see why. I hope you enjoy the fine you'll have to pay when I report this to GM. From what my family tells me that still works GM its a hefty one. So please do yourself a favor go somewhere else and don't fall for their shady practices

Took my car in to get an oil change, the guy calls me later and tells me my car is all ready. I go in and ask guy for my keys and he tells me the cashier has them. I go in pay my bill ask for my keys and she doesn’t have them. So I go back to the guy and he’s says let me see where your car is at, after about 10 mins he comes back and says it’s getting washed and I can see it coming out. I go up front wait for 15 mins and still no car. I’m walking around the parking area and notice my car is parked, now normally they tell you here’s your car have a good day but this day they just parked it. I go to my thinking I’m just gonna leave and that I’ll be the end of it but when I get to my car there’s no keys. I finally just say to the guy can some one find my keys I’ve been here for 45 mins and I’d like to leave. The guy who helped me wasn’t there but one of the other guys named JR went to try to find my guys and was very apologetic while his other co worker who was at the first desk just stood there and did nothing. Terrible customer service, definitely thinking twice about coming back for an oil change, the only reason I go there is because I bought the car there and the oil change is usually cheaper then other places but not so much anymore and especially if I have to deal with what I dealt with again.

After a rather VERY unpleasant experience with another Chevy dealer in town I came to Watson and they definitely stepped up and made me feel appreciated as a customer. While my salesperson could have been a tad more energetic and respectful of my time the sales manager definitely went out of his way to make sure my experience at Watson was a complete 180° of what happened at that other dealer. Based on this sales experience I will definitely be returning to Watson. However whomever does their detail of new cars really should find a new career. The vehicle looked like an inexperienced child washed it. I am happy to say that was the only negative part of my experience.

I just took delivery of my fourth vehicle purchased through Lamb Chevrolet. It took 8 months to receive my 2022 Silverado 2500HD 4x4 Duramax. I was well informed about chip issues and delays , but did not expect the factory/production side to leave off standard items like rear wheel liners on a $75k truck. Chevy customer service did their very best to deflect responsibility to the dealer, when in fact the plant didn’t have the parts. Well, Lamb Chevrolet made it right, and the dealership is installing rear wheel liners on my truck today. Huge “thank you” to Shawn Turner and the folks at Lamb for making this right and reaffirming my trust and confidence in this dealership.

Failure to communicate best describes the initial concerns. Following that, I receive email response in bold and many times the size ever used historically highlighted for no reason other than to demonstrate disrespectful sarcasm and not even answering the previous question. When I as a customer provide clear documented evidence contradicting JD's excuses, he slings disrespectful insults, accuses me of false actions, and expresses that if we are going to verify pricing with other dealers then Garrett won't honor their commitments any more and we are to obtain our service at the local dealers that verified Garrett was charging above MSRP on their parts. JD told me my previous VMs to his father would not be responded to and that we are not welcome at Garrett. You always learn more about someone in how they deal with challenges more so than when everything is fluffy going well. JD has no interest in learning/listening to where they failed or how to improve. He is reactive, prefers to make excuses, and is very protective of his profits; but insulting of me for being protective of my dollars. He offered to call in the other rude employee (quietly sitting on another side of wall) and fire him in front of me without fully listening and understanding all that took place. Very one-sided. This is our first experience with JD and our previous quality experiences were with 2 service representatives that have departed Garrett Motors. We regret the confrontational approach demonstrated towards us and predict there will be a distorted response that will follow this review. That is fine. We know what happened and for those that read this and absorb it, we will be the better for it. Best wishes for growth JD. We forgive you as we make mistakes as well. We just maintain professionalism through them.

The deal was made easily and quickly and I was able to pick up my new car - after he brought it from Phoenix - the next day. It was clean and gassed up and gorgeous!

They deceptively sold me the car and upon delivery after I had signed paperwork, they delivered a car without the advertised features. And refused to honor the advertised product. Very unethical and shady business.
