Returning customer. Got an engine light on, couldn’t make an online appointment because they had my old car attached to the system and there was no way to add a new one (question to site designers), stopped by at 7am.Was waiting for attention, asked if I had an appointment-No, waiting. An oil change guy offered his help, I told what was the problem, he said we were booked till august 10. Thx, not working for me. While walking outside Joe or I should say “God” approached and started screaming at me that I was rude, started calling me DOG, telling me that I should’ve talked to him of Cody (none of them offered help while I was waiting). Now, Mr.Joe. I think you became to much full of yourself and started thinking you are above everybody if you allow raise your voice and call returning customers DOGS. Absolutely unprofessional behavior! Very rude! Considering now bringing a lawsuit agains the company for name calling and public embarrassment. Either change your website, hire more people or teach your employees better manners!!!!! Never again!!!! Joe, come down to Earth man. You are NOBODY to call people names!!!
