250 dollars for replacing transfer case oil is highway robbery. they charged me labor at 180 per hour. sorry guys, i always got great service under prepaid plan but geez. and the new guys in service that i have never dealt with before not very friendly. I bought an american to avoid expensive maintenance. next time i will buy the fluid and take it to valvoline to change..

Liars and cheats at McCurley Chevrolet in Pasco, especially Kevon Bailas. Placed an order for a Tahoe in Oct. 2021. Kevon neglected to tell me that the 2022 models came with a 6.2L, so I requested he update my order for that engine in Dec. 2021. After a long wait for my family, my order was finally accepted in May 2022. Come to find out, my order did not have the 6.2L. Kevon told me the order got “reverted” back to the 5.3L since all 6.2L engines stopped production. After calling numerous other dealerships, I found out this was not the case and Kevon was hustling me, so I yet again requested he change my order to the engine I wanted. Several weeks later, I discovered my Tahoe had been built and was being shipped to McCurley. I called the ordering manager, James, to ask him what the deal was. He indicated that it was built with the 5.3L and there were never any requests to update the engine. He confronted Kevon and Kevon blatantly lied to him, stating that I never asked him to change the engine and my conversations with him never happened. Beware of this dealership and their employees. Remember the name Kevon Bailas and try not to get hustled like I did. I am lucky I was able to place an order with Dave Smith and will be getting a 6.2L Tahoe in 3-6 months.

This time I had a good experience. My Sonic had unexpected recalls and wasn't reliable and safe. Maggie was professional and friendly. She showed me several cars and options. I told her what I could afford and what I was looking for in a car. I am sad that I couldn't keep my Sonic. I love my Pearl. From the book of Isaiah "a crown of beauty instead of ashes," so my Nissan Rouge has the name "Beauty". I am still getting used to a larger car. My son and I went to purchase a 2022 Hyundai Elantra N-series sedan the we saw advertised on Cars.com for $26,850. My son was excited to be purchasing his first brand new car on his own and had his heart set on this sedan. When we sat down to do the purchase we were told the price of the vehicle was $29,850. We told them that we saw the car advertised at $26,850 (which is the MSRP) only to be told that Cars.com was a third party advertiser and did not post the correct price. We stated we would purchase the car for the MSRP of $26,850 and were told they would not sell us the car for that price. The salesman stated that the $3000 market adjustment was lower that what Seattle dealers were charging and that if we didn't buy the car then someone from the Seattle area would purchase the car and gladly pay the $3000 market adjustment. We left the dealership without buying the car. My son had saved and gotten at $10,000 cashiers check made out to Titus-Will as the down payment and we were willing to trade our old car (trade value $3800) for only $2000. Needless to say we were very disappointed. We went to Bud Clary in Auburn and bought the same exact car for the MSRP of $26,860.

How can you call yourself a luxury vehicle dealership and not give out loaner vehicles when you have something go wrong with your car you only bought a few months ago? That is not standing behind your product, I have had other luxury vehicles and did not even have to ask if it had to go in for something to be looked at. Very poor service and I will be taking my vehicle to another dealership out of town.

I Bought a used 2017 GMC Sierrra Denali from UAC. Sales transaction was pretty seamless. Was told by salesman truck had been well taken care of, with no issues, local owner, and I was making a good choice in truck. The outside of the truck was clean, the inside was not detailed and not what you would expect for that type of truck, but I let it pass. I drove 4 hours to get the truck from Idaho, and when I got home is where the problems starting happening. Long story short, after taking the truck to my brother in laws auto mechanic shop in Kennewick WA, UAC sold me a truck with bad transmission, bad truck battery, bad cell phone charger, rotors were warped, both shocks and struts leaking oil, and trailer brake controller started showing up after I brought the truck home.. Contacted service manager in Ellensburg, and basically she told me truck sold as is no warranty. After some complaining, they offered to replace the transmission under a customer appreciation program, and told me out of pocket would be $500, but I would need to bring truck back to them, and they would look at the other items. So I drove the truck back to them and they replaced the transmission, but would not replace anything else that was bad that I mentioned before to them. They supposedly did a 120 point inspection on truck before selling, and I got the inspection report, you can see where these items were suppose to be repaired in UAC shop, but they crossed them off and didn't repair the items. I got this report after I started having all these issues. I inquired about why the repairs were not made, there response from the general manager, was that the work was not authorized. Once I got the truck back, they charged me $1500 for the warranty transmission work, where I was told from the lady service manager, it would be $500, and they charged me for the inspection and diagnosis of the items that they knew were bad already. Needless to say I had to make all the other repairs to this truck at my cost, and at this point, I am into a new truck cost. I was led to believe the truck was in sound working condition, which it was not, they sold a truck, they knew needed parts repaired and fixed, and they told me otherwise. They would not take any money off the sales price as it was an internet special and AD said call for special pricing. When I asked, they refused to take any money off the asking price. Whats the point of the internet special asking price? The whole experience form UAC was the worst dealer experience in the 5 trucks I have bought over my life time. When I picked up the truck from dealer, the sales rep nor the service manager nor any member from management could front me, and give the truck keys to m, or even express some sort of apology. They had another sales guy, whom I have never seen and met, give me the truck keys. None of the people I dealt with, had the xxxxx to meet me. Beware of this dealership and before buying a truck from them, take it to another mechanic to go over truck. Either there mechanics are incompetent in there repairs and diagnosis, or the management just plain sucks on pleasing the customer. I will say my salesman Riley, answered my questions and got back to me in a timely fashion, but I am sure his hands were tied from management. I wont go into the details of licensing, but it took several weeks to get paperwork from UAC to go to my local DMV, which initially they told me this would only take a few days. Overall, worst buying experience, customer service, service department, and not even a 1 star experience. UAC knows who i am, as i was always referred to them as that guy from IDAHO.

A week ago, I paid my deposit at the Brotherton Cadillac NW. We were told to wait one day to make a decision on granting a loan. Five days later, no one called us. Today I arrived and they ask me whether it is appointed for me? Brotherton Cadillac NW used a $ 2,500 bond for a week and then asks if I have an appointment? This center employs staff who do not respect their customers. During our conversation, he grinned right in my face. Business Manager Johannes Kuiper did not apologize for not calling us for a week. This company used a fraudulent scheme in calculating the loan payment for a 2012 Mercedes-Benz. They offered us a loan of 40%, besides that the state tax was indicated instead of the legal 10.4%, they indicated 19%! What is it? Out of the blue they deceived the client. Kadilak Center could get more than $ 9000 interest from this deal !!! The price of a Mercedes is $ 15,000, after signing all the documents, the price doubled to $ 27,000 !!! This is called taking everything from the client and as much as possible. Don't ride that dishonest Brotherton Cadillac NW in the Aurora Ave N Shoreline. It's frustrating when a Cadillac manufacturer has such dishonest and arrogant salespeople as the Brotherton Cadillac NW in Shoreline.

I went on Memorial Day to purchase a new car. They had the car I have been wanting forever, so I test-drove it and it drove like a dream. The clutch felt brand-new and it was smooth and quiet. When I went to go pick it up the car was dirty, there was over spray all over my car because they painted parts of the car while they were still attached to the car and my clutch was almost completely worn down. I took the car because I didn't want to drive my old car anymore and got halfway home when I realized there was no license plate on my car so I had to turn around and drive back to the shop to get the license plate. I get back on the freeway and the car is all over the road so I'm driving like a drunk. Well the cops thought I was drunk too so I got pulled over for a DUI and had to do a field sobriety test and people were driving past watching while I'm walking the line and touching my nose. After blowing a 0.0 the cops believed my story about the car. I drive the car home after and the check engine light comes on not even 2 hours after I picked the car up at the dealership. They were closed by this time so I decided to take the car back in the morning to have them fix my clutch and get the alignment fixed. It took them 4 days to look at it and tell me they weren't going to fix anything on the car. I sat down with the sales manager, Rich, and he told me that legally he couldn't do anymore free work on my car and he assured me that noone in his company ruined my clutch and he was as puzzled as I was about it. He was very rude to me and kept looking at his watch like I was wasting his time. I took the car and didn't even make it home with my clutch. I was stuck on the side of 405 waiting for AAA to come and pick up my car. I called to leave a message for the sales guy I bought the car from and the guy that answered the phone couldn't figure out how to send me to voice mail. He was also very rude to me. I am seeking legal counsel on this matter to see what I can do because those bastards screwed me ROYALLY.
