I purchased a 2017 crew cab Chevy on 11/16/2021. 4 days of having it there was a problem starting it. It would delay and then finally start. Call dealership explain the situation drove it there they had it for two days and could not find anything wrong with. Said that everything was fine. Took it back home and still had same issue. I also live 49 miles from there and had to take it back a second time where they had it for three days and said that they could not find again anything wrong with it. I asked them if they started it first thing of a morning and he said yes and started every time with no hesitation. I told him that was strange because ever since we had the truck it it always delayed especially in the morning but yet I was told it started every time with no problem. And I forgot, the first time I took it there one of the service guys told me it sounds like the fuel pump is going out in it. When I told him that one of the service guys said that it sounded like the fuel pump he said that none of his guys would have said that and basically called me a liar!! I got stuck over Christmas at a store because the truck wouldn’t start at all!! Thank goodness that the truck has extended warranty and I bought it certified was able to take it to Bob Moore in Edmond and was told fuel pump is definitely bad!!
I will never go back to Joe Cooper Chevrolet in Shawnee. As a matter fact I will not ever purchase another vehicle from any of the Joe Cooper‘s.
