we where traveling from Southport to Niagara Falls, stopped on our way in Rockingham. My husband hear this noise and said it’s probably our brakes. We pulled into Dieffenbach dealer ship, and ask f they could help. They repaired the brake pads and roter system. Big shout out to the Service Manager that day, and the mechanics which did a super job getting us back on the road. Thank you for your excellent service. Now we where abel to meet our kids at Niagara Falls and we celebrated our 50 th anniversary. We will always recommend Dieffenbach Dealer to others. Super job done well.

They go out of their way to make sure my truck gets the attention it needs, Ben and his team are exceptional when it comes to customer care: not just because it's their job; it's because they like what they do and are good at it. They treat my truck as if it were their own and that goes for the guys in the bays as well. I am at ease every time I leave... that says it all!!

I needed a truck for work. Alvin was our sales rep. I really didn’t want another payment or to purchase a truck and was willing to settle on a vehicle just to get the job done. Alvin was extremely patient, and encouraged us to look for something I would enjoy driving. After a few days of test driving different vehicles. We found one we really liked. Shortly after purchasing the vehicle my check engine light came on. I reached out to Alvin about what to do to get it corrected. Alvin went the extra mile post sale to make sure my truck would be repaired. Most salesmen leave any problems post sale at the dealership door. If you are looking for a vehicle, I would highly recommend going to see Alvin at Everett. Without the assistance from him, it would be just any other dealership.

The service department was good but not five-star. My CT6 plug-in hybrid had an issue with the cooling of the propulsion battery, which prevented me from charging the car. The service department ultimately diagnosed the problem and correctly it under factory warranty. The technician provided a detailed description of the diagnosis, the issue and the several steps needed to correct it. This was better than what I usually get from other car dealer service departments. I am removing one star for the poor job they did on handling my appointment. I made an appointment online and entered all the requested information including the vehicle and the fact that it is a plug-in hybrid. The first available appointment was a week later, which was a Friday morning. The service advisor told me, that he would call me as soon as they have a diagnosis. When I had not heard from him at the end of the day I called and he told me, they had not had a chance to do the diagnosis. He said they would get to it either Saturday or latest Monday morning. I did not hear from the service advisor on Monday or Tuesday. When I called Wednesday morning, he said he did not get an update from the technician but would walk to the back end of the shop to talk to him. After a while he came back and said that the technician had not started the diagnosis. That is 4 working days after my drop-off on the scheduled appointment day! The service advisor explained that the technician, who is certified to work on plug-in hybrids, is also the guy who works on transmission. He had another transmission job in his bay and could not work on my car. I always thought I make an appointment with someone for exactly the purpose to get a spot on their busy schedule. In the end it seems like they performed my car's diagnosis later that Wednesday. The repair did not require ordering any parts and the car was ready for pick-up in the afternoon of the next day. I guess, next time I will call the service department shortly before my appointment to make sure that the specialized technician is indeed available on the day, I am scheduled to bring my car in. Since this is a combined service department for Chevrolet and Cadillac, I have to assume that this type of scheduling problem can happen to all Chevrolet Volt PHEV and Bolt BEV owners, too

A seamless process thanks to Mike, David & Tim. My new landrover discovery exceeded our expectations upon them delivering it to our home in South Carolina! Of course I am forever grateful to my husband for making it all possible! Everything happens for a reason and even though we live 5 hours from Thompson we would purchase another car from them in a heartbeat before looking anywhere else! No nonsense! What a nightmare. Hendrick has had my Yukon XL since January! I picked this dealership to fix my transmission because of the reputable name. They "fixed" my transmission in February after weeks and weeks of waiting on parts only to find out a couple of weeks later that the mechanic did not bolt the drive shaft to the vehicle. On the way back home from my twins birthday party on March 11, in the pouring rain, my husband put the truck into 4 wheel drive and when he did, the truck shook violently and the whole underside of the vehicle came apart going 55 mph down Hwy 70. My husband had to make an emergency stop on the shoulder with a steep decline on the other side. The truck filled up with smoke and we quickly had to get my husband, myself, and 5 children out of the car quickly, on the side of the road in the pouring rain with nowhere to go. Then all of us were waiting on the side of the road for half an hour in the rain waiting for someone to come pick us up and praying no one hydroplaned or hit us. We ended up having to pay $175 to tow the truck to Hendrick Cary. Hendrick called me on March 14 to tell me there was close to $4,000 dollars worth of damage to the Yukon XL; the draft shaft fell apart and destroyed the underside of the Yukon XL; the oil pan, wiring harness, etc. They asked me if I wanted to make an insurance claim. What?! I had just paid $5800 for a new transmission which they did not properly install. To even ask us to pay for the damages that their mechanic caused, by not properly installing the transmission, was audacious. After speaking with a manager they did own their mistake and agreed to fix the issue and not charge us. We finally got the Yukon XL back on April 1, it seemed to be fine but not even 24 hours later our check engine light came on. I texted the service rep to let him know and to see when I could bring it back in. The next day, on April 2, on the way back home from church the truck completely shut down driving down Hwy 70 and would not crank back on. Again we had to tow the Yukon XL to Cary, costing us another $207.96. We called April 4 to make sure they got our truck, called again April 5 to see about the truck, as well as a loaner, and were told they would call when they had one. Called again April 7 about a loaner. Texted April 9 about a loaner and they finally had one so I picked up a Buick Encore that day. Since then we have had to call in every single time to get an update, not once has someone called us. We called on April 13. We called again on April 19 to get an update and also see if they had another yukon xl to loan us as we had a beach trip coming up the following weekend on April 30. The service rep stated they did not have anything bigger they could give us thus causing us to go out and get a small tow trailer and all weather bag to carry our luggage down to the beach. With a Yukon XL there is plenty of cargo space and never a need for any additional space. Once again more additional costs on our end. We followed up again on May 3,9,10, and the 18th. A couple of times we were able to get our service rep but other times we had to leave a message and no one called us back, other times we were told the rep could not talk to us but that the service manager would call us, yet he never called us back and we had to follow back up. During the course of all those weeks we were told our mechanic hurt his back, they were working with corporate engineers, and on the 18th there was a timing issue causing the Yukon to cut off, but at the end of the day they did not know what was wrong with my Yukon XL. By May 31st we called the General Manager and left a message, which we received a call the very next day from Pat. He apologized and said he would look into it, he found out the catalytic converter needed to be replaced and they were waiting on the parts but we should have the truck back in a day or two. He also told us Jamie from the dealership would be contacting us. Jamie did follow up with us telling us the same thing and also added that there was cylinder misfire in the engine and they had added injector cleaner to see if that would work. On June 2 we were able to pick up the truck as we were told it was ready. My husband picked it up right as the service dept. was closing and noticed by the time he got home that something was not right with the truck. He sent a video text message to Jamie the service manager showing the truck idling funny. He texted back and forth with Jamie letting him know what was going; It was fluttering while changing gears or when accelerating. Jamie told him to drive it around the weekend but if it was still messing up to bring it back in on Monday. By Saturday 6/4 it was driving worse and then the check engine light came on. Luckily we were close by and we were able to make it to the dealership. My husband called Tommy the GM and he made sure we were put in a loaner that day. We appreciated him jumping right on it and getting us and the kids back on the road. But as of today 6/7 we still have not heard anything from anyone at Hendrick. The communication from this dealership is horrendous. I really have never seen anything like it. This is absolutely no way to run a business! I have not had my Yukon XL more than 2 weeks since the beginning of January 2022. That is over 6 months now!! I have paid $5800 for a new transmission for a truck I haven't even been able to use, not to mention the tow costs. At this point I do not think this truck is safe to drive my children around in. The mechanic has caused so much damage, damage that can not even be uncovered and fixed. How much longer are we going to have to wait? We feel we have been extremely patient but we are in June! Enough is enough. This is not ok! We would like to see Hendrick make this right and replace our Yukon XL since it was the mechanic who caused the damage.

Update: The service manager requested for me to contact him in regards to the incident that occurred at the dealership. I contacted him, thinking that he was looking for a resolve, however it was the complete opposite. I'm still confused of why he wanted me to contact him, I guess because I provided a negative review. The manager was no better than his employee, he stood behind the employees behavior and insisted he was correct. He informed me that his employee knew about warranties and I stated that if he knew that I was not supposed to be paying for the service unless the warranty company did not pay why did he take my money for the diagnostic testing of the car. I asked him why had his advisor not contacted Endurance to see if the claim would be covered, because the advisor did none of this. He stated there must have been a misunderstanding. I stated so your service advisor will take monies from people when they know that it is a possibility that the customer does not have to pay? I was shocked because even though I asked him this he continued to stand behind this behavior. I am disgusted beyond disgusted, because I have always thought this was good company to take your car to, however, I was mistaken. After, being on the phone with the manager and him insisting that I was wrong I asked what was the resolve to this issue and he stated its best you take your car somewhere else, in which I was, but no resolve. His point of reaching out to me was to let me know I was wrong. I contacted my warranty and they said no one had contacted them and that I am not responsible for any money and that my coverage would have paid for everything. Once again I will never go to a Bill Black Nothing!!! It was not the cost, it was the behavior and the acceptance of the behavior from upper management. I realize nothing is free in life, but to give your money away to people who behave this way towards their customers is out of order and that I will not do. Lesson learned. This service center is horrible. I had a appointment on Friday and did not receive a call in regards to what was going on with my car until Tuesday. Then after they informed me of some of what was going on with my car they Brandon said he would need to do additional diagnosis on the car very rudely. He was very rude and informed me that I would have to pay upfront even though I have a warranty in which is bumper to bumper. I have never experienced such rude behavior from a dealership. Then I asked him for the number for their corporate office and he said he could not provide me with it, but he could give me the number to customer service. He also informed me that it was good that I would not be utilizing their services. Needless to say I will never deal with this dealership again and will inform anyone who I know not to deal with this unprofessional company. If I could give them no stars I would do just that.

ON 4 OCCASSIONS THE WINDOW MOTORS HAVE BROKEN AND I HAVE PAID B & W A TOTAL OF $1955.00 FOR THEIR REPLACEMENTS. THIS SEEMS TO BE AN ISSUE FAR BEYOND NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR OF A VEHICLE (ESPECIALLY FOR OWNERS THAT ARE IN THEIR 70'S) AND WOULD WARRANT SOME TYPE OF MAJOR CONSIDERATION FROM THE DEALERSHIP. WHAT PROMPTED THIS COMPLAINT: I JUST PAID $692.00 TO REPLACE THE DRIVER'S SIDE WINDOW MOTOR (FOR THE 2ND TIME). PAYING APPROXIMATELY $2,000 FOR WINDOW MOTOR REPAIRS JUST SEEMS WRONG.

Greg, I need a copy of the recall work done on the rear tires. It is obvious that the excessive where on the two back tires require replacement. The tires had approximately 12,000 miles. After the recall replacement, the inside tread had worn away leaving only exposed cord after 4000 miles! This was caused by faulty alignment by the technician that did not align the rear tires properly AFTER recall replacement. I am disappointed that Marion Cadillac is not standing behind their work and are unwilling to replace the two tires and want to charge me +$500 for 2 tires AND $99 for an alignment. I want the name of your supervisor and this correspondence sent to him. As a Cadillac owner I am deeply disappointed with your response and unwillingness to stand behind Cadillac quality one would expect. Randy Janke

I want express my appreciation to the Flow GM team I worked with recently to purchase a Certified Used 2020 Ford Explorer. I had the pleasure to work with Todd Millroy, Charles Walker and John Spradlin. Everyone was courteous, professional, thoughtful and very easy to work with from start to finish. We began our communication over text and worked with Todd the sales manager over the phone. We had some difficulties along the way getting approved but eventually was pre approved with our own bank. We traveled an hour to get to the dealership. We were met by Charles upon arriving who let us test drive the vehicle and come back to begin the paperwork process. Let me note it was late in the day probably 20 minutes before the dealership closed all employees still willing to work with us no matter the time that it was. During the process however our bank took back the approval we spent 3 hours trying to work this issue out eventually speaking with a VP from our bank to approve of the loan. It was around 11:30PM when we were all said and done and got to leave with our Explorer. John and Charles stayed the whole time with us and overall made the situation much better regardless of the outcome those guys deserve more than a thank you for taking that time to stay over that long until we figured out a resolution. Needless to say even after dealing with our bank which is not the dealerships or any employees fault this was an awesome buying experience overall. The pricing on the New Vehicle and the Trade In was truly fair. I’m very glad to have had this transaction with the team there and again a huge thank you to Charles Walker and John Spradlin! Awesome job to you both and keeping a calm demeanor despite the time and issues we were having.

Yeah they tried to sell me what they could, that is their job, but what really impressed me was how they kept working for me after I signed on the dotted line. I was in an out with my new vehicle (exactly what I wanted) in one afternoon and they called me back the next day because they made a mistake and ended up redoing the paperwork and saving us $25 dollars a month on the payment. The promised us a second key, and I came in on the day, they knew I was coming, were right on it and treated me like they were genuinely glad I was there. Kash greeted me in the waiting room and asked if I was happy with the van so far and I would honestly seek him out next time I need a vehicle. I have been looking for a dealership that treated me like they wanted me to be a customer, and so far they have done a wonderful job. I see no reason to ever go to another dealership.

Ordered a new $100k+ car and received an offer for my trade in...fast forward three months and my new car had arrived. I was so excited to go pick it up only to be told when I arrived at the dealership that they were now offering me almost $10k less for my trade in. At that point I told them that I would just keep it. I was then told that they would NOT sell me the new car unless I sold them mine. So basically I was forced to sell them my car at less than blue book value or I would have to go to another dealer and wait another 3 months. They knew exactly what they were doing and they took full advantage. I was so upset and felt so taken advanced of by their deceptive business practices. I will never go back.

Consistancy! However, Dorman Cadillac's Service Dept., would benefit its' customers with an upgrade to receiving "scheduled appointment customers." Using some current admin staff and hand-held technology to confirm required services and then completing the check-in process, 1) determining drop-off customers, 2) waiting customers, 3) shuttle riders, 4) Dorman Cadillac hospitality [waiting area, coffee, water, WI-FI, cell charging stations, rest-rooms 5) etc. Constructive analysis only, good job.

Troy Clark must be very proud of all his staff. I had the pleasure of working with three very lovely people, Kaye Lee, Larry Pickard, and Billy Clark. The deal itself was seamless from first phone call to delivery of my car. Purchased a used 2011 Ford Explorer from this dealer which is the worst car buying experience I ever had. Found rear brake pads completely worn out after drove back home. Then the battery died that night when I played with the radio. It is only a start. Got the brake pads and battery fixed then found the GPS is not functioning. Took this car to local Ford dealer to get the GPS fixed found all recalls of this car is still not fixed. In addition, the dealer also found the master cylinder and brake booster problems. To fix the master cylinder and booster would cost more than $900. I realized Boyd sold me a Lemon. I called Boyd and talked to Derik who is seemed like their used car sales supervisor. He at beginning sounded understandable and promised me to talk to the owner to see maybe they can help me somehow. Later on I knew this is a lie. Derik didn’t ever answer my calls and reply my message. Now, after I paid the full price of this car, I have to spend another $150 for replacing brake pad, $120 for replacing battery and $930 to fix the master cylinder and brake booster. This is another $1200 I have to pay right after I drove back the car from Boyd. This is not done. New issue arose when I went to DMV to get the car title transferred. On one section requires Buyer Signature is not signed and I have to send the title back to Boyd again to have them signed which will waste me another week and my temporary license is about to expired. Please be aware of this dealer! They are extremely unprofessional and irresponsible. They would let their customer drove away a car with completely worn out rear brake. Lesson learned: I will first never purchase another Ford’s car. I will also try my best to share my car buying experience from Boyd to as much people as I can.
