We purchased a 2016 Honda CR-V from Crown Motors at 11260 Chicago Dr. in Holland. Tony VanGelder was our salesman. We initially did an inquiry about the Honda that had just arrived at their dealership. Because we live 320 miles away and could not casually stop by to look at the vehicle, Tony returned our email with a personalized video to introduce himself and tell us about the vehicle. That was probably the greatest personalized gesture that a person could experience, and it didn't stop there. Tony's genuniness and dedication to answering our questions and addressing any concerns was stellar. He assisted with the installation of additional accessories and went out of his way to find a business that could replace the leather on a small hole in the driver's seat. He was very timely in all ways and kept us informed on a regular basis. He sent another video to show us the finished product and we were wowed. When we got there to pick up the vehicle, we felt like celebrities and were welcomed by all of the staff. Our new/used Honda did not disappoint. It was beautifully detailed. It rides like a dream, which helped a great deal, since we had a 10-hour round trip ride that day. I must say that dealing with Tony and the staff at Crown made the trip well worth the long day and we feel as though we have made a new friend with Tony.

For one month I tried grabbing this deal but Michelle and team dragged their feet and decided it was too good a deal too give me. Now I'm still looking. WHAT A HORRIBLE DEALERSHIP. Would never consider them again. Very disappointing. It's their own online calculator.

First impression was awesome. Stopped in to compare pass car and cross over for ease of ingress and egress. Before leaving without requesting was presented an out the door price for a new XT5. Wow it was under sticker very impressed. Then we come to closing and the agent says,” Sorry I fat fingered the quoted. It is $5k more then quote.” Now I did expect some difference as the quote was cash we had opted for finance. Very disappointed I liked the car, the price was not my real problem it was this bait and switch which is not a principled way to do business.

Where to begin? On December 26th 2019 I purchased a brand new 2020 GMC Sierra 1500 from Cole Buick GMC in Poratge, Michigan. On February 3rd I took the truck back to the dealership for a extremely bad shutter that would make the back window sound like it was going to fall out! After calling numerous times with no answers to what was wrong with the truck, until finally on May 29th, 116 days later, they said the truck was fixed. When I picked up the truck I realized they had driven the truck 18 miles since it was dropped off. I did not make it a mile down the road from the dealership when the truck began shuttering again, making the back window sound like it was going to fall out. I immediately called Cole GMC dealership. At this point they said there was no solution at that moment to fix the truck. They also said they would have a solution for me in a week or so due to it about to be posted to the GMC bulletin. I received a call on 8-3-20 saying they had the fix and they would put a new torque converter in the truck. On 8-24-20 I picked the truck up (21 days later). I did not make it out of the parking-lot to find that the trucks transmission no longer shifted into low gear manually from the shifter. I did not make it one mile down the road till the truck started to violently shutter again. I immediately called them and said I'm done with his truck. On 9-15-20 the truck went back to the dealership. At this point, the fight had begun. I ended up getting a lawyer and turning GMC into the better business bureau. I don't know who to all place the blame on but, around August I begged Cole GMC to put me in a different truck, even said I would pay more, way more for a different truck. They told me there was nothing available due to covid. I continued to see their ads for trucks pop up daily on Facebook or CarGurus. After getting a lawyer and working with a BBB on countless occasions, GMC would tell me they tried to contact Cole Buick GMC and sometimes would be weeks before they would call them back. When questioned, it was always GMC's or someone else's fault. All I can say after this nightmare that I have been through, I would definitely think for a few seconds if you really want to buy a GMC, pay payments and full coverage insurance for 257 days while your brand new vehicle is in the shop also, being lied to by either the dealership or GMC. Today, January 13th 120 days of fighting GMC tooth and nail, I finally received my money back for the truck other then them having the audacity to charge me $2500 for the miles I did have on the truck.

Don't expect good service or customer care after you buy. Our Jeep is out of warranty by 18 months but still under 36,000 miles. Have issues with transmission(Chrysler did fix), the car stalling on the road and now a temperature guage code that will cost $1,000 to replace. How many cars with less than 36,000 miles have these issues? Why is it stalling? Sorry, Mr. Customer, it's not showing up on scan. Oh, by the way, that's $100 just to check with scanner. Please don't make the same mistake I did trusting these jokers. They got the last $100 they will ever get out of my family.

Sadly this is the closest gmc dealership to me and the SALES department isn’t the best. I have been in the last two times I had a lease that was about done to look for my next vehicle. Both times I was talked to like a young dumb kid, and had my time wasted after telling the saleman what payments I was looking for compared to what he tried talking me into. Now the service department complete different story they are kind let you know what is going on with your repairs. Would highly suggest for the service or auto body repairs only.

Moran Chevrolet in Ft. Gratiot, Michigan provided me with the worst dealership experience I have ever had in my 30+ years of purchasing new vehicles. I turned in a 2018 Traverse 3LT and leased a new 2021 Traverse 3LT. Immediately after getting it home we noticed a high-pitched noise inside the cabin. I called the sales rep and she told me to bring the vehicle back in the morning. The tech couldn’t hear the noise, maybe because it was pouring rain…not sure. The conversation with the sales rep included her telling me (after speaking with her sales manager) that we want to make sure we figure out the issue and if we can’t you can get your trade back, because the paperwork was pulled after I spoke with her the night I picked it up. We want to make sure our customers are happy, she said. I brought the vehicle back the Tuesday after Memorial Day and the same tech got in the car and didn’t hear it the apparent noise. The service manager got in the car and he didn’t hear the apparent noise. Needless to say I was frustrated. Upon speaking with the sales rep post visit, I asked if there were any other vehicles on the lot. There was, but not anything I wanted. I then asked her to get my 2018 Traverse ready for me to pick up, as I wanted to exercise the option to get my vehicle back. She got back to me saying she spoke with her manager and that because the two tech couldn’t hear the apparent noise, they were only willing to redo the paperwork if I lease a different vehicle, but they were not going to honor the promised option to give me my vehicle back. I spoke with the sales manager and he confirmed what the sales rep told me. I was less than happy. He told me that the techs didn’t hear it, so it was functioning within GM factory specifications. Essentially, my family and I were being deceptive. So, because they didn’t hear the apparent noise, it doesn’t exist. Really? He was adamant he was not going to horror the promise to give me my car back, so I asked him one last time, before the situation get elevated within the organization (inferring GM) to “do the right thing.” Unfortunately he dismissed me. Well, I took the vehicle to another dealership this morning and they heard the high-pitched noise immediately. In his words, “I hear it clear as day.” Well, there you have it. Everyone within the Moran Chevrolet organization should be ashamed of how my family and I were treated.

Took my ELR in for service. Charging port recept. needed to be replaced. I found a YouTube video for the job. 30 minutes. $86.00 part. Dealership is charging me $1140.00. Most of the cost is for 6 hours labor. Also, very rude people to deal with.

This dealer is incompetent and u professional. They do not return calls and have no regard for the substandard care they sell and lease. Leased 2013 ATS. 4 cylinder. Needed a. new motor at 15000 miles and then again at 180000. Cue was also a failure. In the shop for weeks. Loaner ATS failed and the dealer did nothing. I had to call them back every time and car can't be fixed Would not recommend GM or this dealer to my worst enemy.
