I am working on finances and was wanting to be more practical. I found an ideal vehicle for my situation and contacted Roger right away. I put my financing plus trade together. Roger helped me through the whole process. He understood how much I wanted the vehicle and kept me updated on everything. I was working on trying to find something that would lower monthly payments and a vehicle that worked best for family and payments. Roger is the best and will gladly work with you. I strongly recommend. I had previously went to another dealership and was given run around treatment even though I had told them that I needed lower monthly payments.

I am so happy that I got my new car from Tom Naquin. I definitely recommend getting your new car from there. They treat you like family and very honest with you about everything. They never pressured me into anything. I love how they work as team to get me where I wanted to be with my payments but having every bell and whistle I could have on my car. My husband and I were mislead and lied to several times by the salesman and told us vehicle passed inspection since purchase we have had to put over 3,000 dollars in said purchase since this past November which is bull yes it was used but we drove it 2 times and it's been in shop repeatedly since. What happened to good quality customer service we will never buy another vehicle from John Jones again neither will either of our families an they buy new vehicles every 2 years. SOME PEOPLE DON'T HAVE MONEY TO THROW AWAY LIKE THEY THINK. We work hard for what we have and since we didn't purchase new we were treated very badly

Let me starting by saying I had been a long time very loyal customer to Kelley group buying between 2-4 cars a year for many years from them. Back in February I stayed online to watch the unveiling of the ct5 blackwing. I instantly put my name in for a reservation and contacted my salesman I use. He sent a message to James Yoder the manager of Cadillac who confirmed I was the first person in the system for Kelley's to request a ct5 blackwing ( have text message to prove it with screen shot from Yoder) months go by and I start to see people are ordering the blackwings on a V chatroom. I contact my salesman who tells me that Yoder stated that ordering it isn't open yet, which was wrong and he never checked, because I am seeing orders online. More months go by and I am in getting my caddy wagon serviced and a sales lady is talking to me and in convo informs me a few blackwings where ordered for stock. I blow this off as she was confused between a blackwing and normal V . Finally in Aug my Salesman tells me to meet him at Cadillac so I could finally order my car. I meet him and Yoder and go thru the process of picking everything out and ordering cad. I put a deposit down. In the process I am informed that they have a matte green one ordered already and it will be the first one in and it is a stock unit and available. Now I am confused how that got ordered before mine when I was to be the first one. They pull out build sheet and paper work on it ( which I still have) and Yoder tells me a price for it which was alittle over MSRP but it was the first one so I don't gripe to much but am confused on how i wasn't the first order. i told them to reach out to me when the matte green one was to be in I wanted first rights to it and they both agreed. Yoder also states there is a black one that was ordered for stock also. Now I am getting really concerned on what is going on. Mr Yoder also stated that they where Aloted 3 blackwings by GM and his rep told him they was most in area. I figured since they took my money and had me come in to order I was surely 1of the 3. a few more months go by I am a excited about this matte green car coming in as I had sold a few of my collector classic cars to make room for this one. My salesman contacts me in Nov to inform me the car would be in soon. A few weeks later my salesmen informs me that Mr Kelley has stated that the cad is mine but he wants 25k over MSRP now because of " inventory shortages and the options on this car that is currently unavailable from GM because of shortages" this catches me off guard why soo much more than what I was told by the manager. The Manger calls me one am and stats that this is what the price is going to be now and that what he told me back in Aug was just in convo and not set . I reach out to my salesman and request to talk to Jim Kelley who changed the price.Mr Kelley contacts me and stats they he sets the pricing and due to the rarity and inventory shortage, he wants 25k over MSRP. I tell him that his manager had already given me a price, he said he would talk to him. Manager calls me same day but in the afternoon and now has changed his story that he didn't tell me a price. The salesman confirms he did and also confirms price to Mr Kelley. I once again talk to Mr Kelley and he refuses to honor price his manger told me which they still was making over MSRP. He continues to tell me my car I ordered won't be built because they have 2 ordered for stock and 1 for another person ( the 3 alotted) now how was this possible since I was the first in system to request one ?? He was nice enough to offer me the other stock unit ( black one ) for 10k over MSRP ( what a joke) so here is the deal they took 2 of the 3 spots so they could charge over MSRP and gave the 3 spot to a buddy. This is completely greedy and shady. Like up top I buy a ton from this place and will never do business with this greedy shaddy dealership again. they are taking advantage of a industry situation to fatten there pockets. GM did not charge them more for this car because of inventory shortages. This auto group is doing the same on other vehicles (SUV) 10k + over MSRP . This is just price gouging and taking advantage of a global situation.

When the vehicle came in they sold it to someone else, but told me "the factory cancelled the order", then when the second vehicle arrived they sold it out from under me again while my financing was getting approved. I called Ryan the day before and told him the credit union would have the funds the next day. Ryan Van Prooyen salt it any way. Ryan Van Prooyen and Schepel Cadillac are completely unethical.

Their finance managers are not to be trusted. They upsold me on extended coverages such as paintless dent repair but the company it goes through refuses to cover anything they sold to me. I paid hundreds of dollars to be completely screwed over thanks to Wesley's sales tactics of it covers everything no matter the cause - you bring it in and it will be fixed promptly. Complete lies. DO NOT TRUST THEM.

The service is the friendliest people. The wait time is very minimal and during my wait I enjoy the comfort of the lounge where I can watch TV, enjoy a cup of coffee and maybe even have a cookie or two before the mechanic sends me thru text a video of just exactly what he found while servicing the car. The cost is less than a lot of the fast lube places around where you get none of the added benefits. I love this place and the people. I'm not sure who the mechanic was but they all have always been very thorough every time I have my car serviced so that tells me that the manager is doing a good job as well. Thanks

I took my GMC Sierra in for a recall on replacing an airbag. When I picked it up they said there was $3000 worth of work that needed to be done. They wanted to change a majority of all the houses on the truck and there was something loose in my suspension. I’ve had no leaks in the driveway and I’ve had no trouble with steering. So I took it to other mechanics and it was checked out and there was nothing wrong. My suggestion is get a second opinion before you get any major work done.

I never like to leave a bad review for a company, this is the exception. I bought a family vehicle at the fuson dealership here in Terre Haute last week. I have had to take it in twice for repairs during the first week and now I’ve had to get it towed back to the dealership. They will not get it running for me without giving another $700. The owner was completely rude and didn’t care that I bought the vehicle from him just a week ago. I feel so discouraged and taken advantage of. Please don’t ever buy from this dealership. Their service department is horrible and they will screw you over anyway that they possibly can.

Bought a 2015 Silverado with 2600 miles on it. Truck was owned by this dealer and was used as a service loaner. Truck looked in good condition so I had no reason to believe there was anything wrong with it,even so, I asked the salesman if there were any issues with the truck, had it been wrecked? He told me NO. I even asked him twice once on the phone and once when I test drove it, still he told me No there had been no wrecks. I buy the truck and 2 weeks later the lights go out. no bigger I'll just take it to my local dealer. They called me and said "the reason the lights went out was because whoever did the accident repair did not put the headlight assembly back together correctly". I said just to clarify, are you telling me this truck has been in an accident? They said "yes". We contacted the owner on the dealership and he pretty much told me there was nothing he was going to do about it. What a jerk!!! My advise is to not but anything from these crooks.

Showed up looking to purchase a Corvette at Sibbitt Chevrolet. The one they had in stock was not a convertible, so we asked Tim Sibbitt if he could get one. We got a one word reply - "NO". He said the allocation was not there and simply walked away. Never attempted to call GM about getting one, never attempted to call another dealer for a trade, simply just said no. This was a $60,000 car!!! Wound up purchasing from another dealer. Years later showed up again looking to trade my S-10 for a new Colorado. Sticker price on the Colorado was $28,000, and the initial offer was $24,000 difference - the S-10 had 168,000 miles on it. I offered $20,000 and was told "Oh, no, no, no, we just can't do that." A few days later returned and offered $22,000. They came back at $23,000; I told them the offer was $22,000. Once again "Oh, no, no, no, we just can't do that." Next day went to the same dealer I bought the Corvette from and they beat Sibbitt's price by $3,000. Called Sibbitt back and told them I was walking away because I got a better deal. Then their story changed to "OK, we'll trade for $20,000." After they turned down $22,000 24 hours earlier. They tried to give me some story about how they just got a new rebate in that morning. It was a Friday & the last day of the month - I am not that stupid! Since then I have NEVER been back, and will never go back. I would stay far away from this dealer.
