negative 3 stars if possible, so far the worst business auto purchase satiation I have ever been in. years ago had great service this time everything from saying done deal final loan approval to saying submitted someone's app by mistake to providing secure information of another app nothing to do with me and more. To trying to cancel deal and not honoring guaranteed promised terms. Hope leadership will resolve and will update if miraculously they follow thru honorably at this point no go.

I can’t tell you enough about how wonderful the staff at Tustin Cadillac is. The main guy who makes us choose Cadillac service department over other mechanic shops in RUBEN! He is courteous, accommodating, professional and polite. I always had a great experience bringing in our cars. To be honest, the prompt and convenient services at Tustin Cadillac are one of the reason we are on our 3 cadillac! 😊 My car was picked up and dropped off from/to my house for an oil change and maintenance. Can’t ask for a better service.

Staff here is very low energy (sales team at least; the cleaning crew were very hard working and kept things immaculate). I came in to see a used car and they tried tacking on fees for extras that literally weren’t even on the car yet. Wouldn’t discount me for a side mirror that had a non functioning motor. They did a hard inquiry on my credit FIVE FREAKING TIMES and couldn’t come up with a rate better than 9.5% apr even though I have a fantastic credit score… well, I did before they ran my credit five times…. I had a bad feeling in my gut so I walked away. Then 15 minutes later they called to say they’d knock all the extras off the cost (ya know, the extras that weren’t even installed on the car yet). I just ghosted them because they’re pretty shady.

This dealership is no longer reliable and do not treat their customer as a valued owner of cadillac vehicles. This dealership has been bought up by a Hyundai dealership group (Korean car manufacturer) which are not the luxury brand car maker as we know it. The people working at the service department are doing to do their very best to repale, insult, and alienate all of their customers. You better not have them to wash your car because they do not doing a good job and you end up to wash your car again. Check your car before and after you give it to them for any kinds of service for any damage to your car. I have took my cadillac to this dealership several times and each time I felt that they are discriminating based on my age, where I am coming from and other things that I would not like to mention here. The KOREAN HYUNDAI car manufacturer are in for a real surprise to learn that they may have to close this dealership brand due to lack of customer. Good luck Hyundai of puente hills with your purchase of this dealership. I am sure you are going to have a lots of space to store Hyundai!!!!!

I went in to Suburban Cadillac of Costa Mesa, CA to purchase the XT5 I had been leasing through GM Financial, which was at its lease termination with option to purchase at set/fixed price. Intention was to do this as a cash purchase - a seemingly very straightforward purchase of what was virtually my own vehicle anyway. As part of finalizing the paperwork, Suburban Cadillac insisted that I had to pay $995 for a safety inspection of my vehicle. After much back and forth with Suburban, and as they would not shift away from this, I finally relented, just to move on with things. Astoundingly (or maybe not, in hindsight), Suburban never performed any safety inspection, never provided any safety report/recommendation, etc. No one from Suburban ever had the keys to the car, didn't take it into the shop, didn't look under the vehicle, didn't open the hood, etc. Basically, the $995 'safety inspection' was just a farce, really more like a fraud. Just a way to extort money from customers, while providing no added-value and no added-service. I would strongly advise folks to avoid this dealership, or proceed with Suburban only with great caution and skepticism. Suburban Cadillac does not appear to be a trustworthy or ethical dealership - to say the least.

On July 2nd I leased a loaner car from David from Cadillac sales a few weeks after the lease was in affect I received a registration that was not a year from the date of of purchase I was told I never paid that fee in the deal. I also received a letter from GM saying I owed $ 1100.00 for turn in fees that were not included in the deal. This was a bad deal and a little shady. This is the second car I purchased from Jessup but this will be my last. Be careful and don't use David .

Horrible customer service from this dealership! They mistreat customers, are rude and won’t answer the phone! Please take the time to read this whole review because you won’t be happy at allll with their horrible service!!!! Bought a brand new Cadillac Escalade ESV from this dealer has been having problems since the first few months we got it. We’ve been taking it to get maintenance with all the issues it’s been having and we always have problems with them. But this time was the worst thing so far we took it and asked for a rental car which they said they would provide and they said we could get it at a rental place closer to our house. We go to the rental place they told us and we were told that we couldn’t rent a car even with the slip for a rental that the dealership provided us. We have called them multiple times and no answer. It’s Friday today meaning my family and I will have to be without a car for at least the whole weekend and then until they decide to answer or we have to drive all the way up there. This is a horrible dealership that has no word and lies to your face for their convenience even if it means leaving you without being able to drive anywhere because they lied about where you could pick up a rental car. But like I said this isn’t the first time they have done something like this to us. They have told us for a service it would only take 2-3 days and it took 11 days and not only that but it’s been two weeks and the issues we were having never stopped meaning they didn’t do any maintenance to it!!! This time they also made it sooo difficult to get a rental and imagine not being able to go out for anything for what turned out to be 11 days!!!!

They really try to do a great job the only problem is that GM does not have a lot of inventory to buy the exact color that I want and the dealership was not able to get me the exact car I am looking for for my daughter. 2017 Cadillac XT5 bought in LA and moved to Fresno. Have had maintenance and warranty work done with satisfaction in the past. Today was informed they no longer do any warranty work on car purchased elsewhere. Told to go to Hedricks who do not work on Cadillacs. I live in Oakhurst so Selma, other referral, is nearest. Having maintenance and warranty work in LA is not an option. Time to sell the car. Should never have bought GM product.

unprofessional, not trust worthy, They called me to schedule an appointment to go look at a car THEY had xxx in every car sales website, local pages, we get to dealership and not only they didn't seem to care to help us out, even thought I was given a "GOLD" code for appointment but the car we went to look for: 1st they had no idea of the car we were looking for 2nd: the car was sold 3rd: the car was at the shop getting a new transmission, at least get your stories together, we left very dissapointed and this is after putting a long shift at work and driving over 30 miles, im glad we were able to find the right car at a local dealership that treat us like real costumers, I'm glad my bussiness and money went to people who really care
