Warranty work was completed that had been discovered during the 50,000 mile maintenance check on my 2018 Buick Regal. A well maintained, well running 2021 courtesy vehicle was provided during the two to three day time period while my car was being repaired. A 30,000 mile maintenance item and a 45,000 mile maintenance item were also discovered that had not yet been completed prior to the 50,000 mile maintenance visit. These services will be completed per my convenience and their available scheduling. Stykemain has provided good service for my vehicles in the past and I have purchased several vehicles from Stykemain that they have taken very good care of.

His calm and friendly demeanor and helpful guidance through the car buying process, encouraged us to buy the vehicle that night. He also followed up on a slight repair that needed to be made, and ensured that the service group ordered and fixed our vehicle within days ( when they had projected possibly weeks). The dealer staff was also quite friendly and we completed our transaction in about 2 hours. Would recommend Buick Joyce and Salesman Ryan Conway to all for a smooth and low hassle experience.

I bought a brand new GMC AT4 truck (over 75K) and was told that although the truck did not have the computer chip that enables the heated and cooled seats as well as other features was not installed, It would be available in a about 2 months and they would call me to come have it installed. That was 10 months ago. Every time I bring it up, they say "sorry, blame GMC it's their problem" What's worse is that I know for a fact they have sold truck since just like mine with chips in them. Basically they couldn't care less.

Went to go see the jeep that was for sale and it was in the service dept the nice sales man took me back to go see it but that's where it stopped. Once a salesman always a salesman lies, excuses, stories, I have owned a Jeep and have been looking and test driving several for over a month. The salesman went on and on digging himself a hole trying to make a sale. You have to be careful who you try and swindle. They would tell me anything to get me to buy this jeep even when I knew the truth. I just let them keep telling me lies about the vehicle and didn't correct them wanted to see how truthful they were. Do your research and be educated before you go. What a shame. typical dealer

Just returned from purchasing a 2013 Buick Verano. Initiated a call to check on its availability Monday. Was greeted by a genuinely warm, friendly, sales rep named Bill Sweatt. With 20 years experience he listened to my goals, concerns, & with zero pressure I was able to decide if it was the used vehicle to meet our needs. A few calls later & by Wednesday afternoon the auto is parked in the driveway. I feel relieved. I found a bargain with wonderful low mileage. This is my second Buick. First one was purchased new at another dealership.
