Unfortunately, my experience with the service center at this dealership was less than satisfactory. I had booked an appointment on-line (for an oil change and tire rotation on my new, still-under-warranty Terrain) for 8 a.m. on a Saturday. Upon arrival, they could NOT find my appointment on their iPads so I had to prove that the appointment existed by showing my email confirmation. After waiting nearly 2 HOURS for the service to be completed, I was told that they had NOT rotated the tires - despite that request showing in my appointment confirmation - and that there were several vehicles on the racks so they would not be able to perform that service any time soon. (However, they did suggest what I perceive to be a completely unnecessary alignment for $179.) I had also advised the service advisor when I was checking in that I was using a coupon from the dealership for the oil change and also wanted to use my GMC Rewards points (Platinum member) for the purchase. When I went to settle the invoice, none of these requests had been honored and the paperwork that had been presented for my signature all had to be completely re-done. Since I work full-time, I cannot return any time soon for the tire rotation and I am now heading out on a 3,000+ mile trip without my vehicle being completely prepared as I wanted. Having purchased 7 new GM vehicles in the past, it is disappointing to see the level of service declining over the years, and I hope this feedback can be acted upon to improve service in the future.
