I bought a 2018 chevrolet a week ago. On Aug,1 and Aug,3 i took part in giving royal buick my review. I gave them a terrible review due to the issues stated in my 1st review. I want to start this review by saying that in the 1st negative review i took part in, had absolutely nothing to do with my salesman(Mr. Cam). It had to do strictly with the vehicle. On Aug 3, i received a call from Mr. Cam(my salesman). He had gotten the message about my issue and urgently jumped into action to take control of the situation. He came to my residents and picked up the vehicle, took it to there service department and had a inspection and service done by 2 certified mechanics. This took several hours and they came to the conclusion that nothing was wrong with the transmission. They are certified mechanics and im not so i totally trust the final conclusion they came up with. They stated that they even drove another chevrolet canyon(2022), and it felt the same way as mine felt when you accelerated. Mr. Cam said thats the way those models run. Anyway i have this experience documented as well as the dealership does. So for now everything is good, im satisfied based on 3 professionals knowledge and experience they have. Thank you Cam for jumping on this matter ASAP and giving me a good piece of mind. And its good to know if the transmission does go out, its documented and royal buick will take care of fixing it. SO SAD … Look 👀 at pic below and please read my comment so you won’t GET THE GOTHCA marker.On this date 6/9/2022 I took my vehicle in for warranty work after my personal mechanic and GMC corporation advise me it was a warranty issue and to save money, I schedule a appointment and here’s where the Drama with service department starts. Appointment was made online and explained to Service Consultant RYAN DREW my issue and he looked like online appointments wasn’t honor here afterwards I explained issue and he said this is a Service Manager decision to fix or not honor warranty. **WOW.** So 20 minutes later here comes the bully bulldog Service Manager CLINT SMITH who attempted to control the conversation as I explained the problem. He was rude and didn’t even look at my vehicle to inspect the problem . Just took it to back and the reason I know this is because I walked behind building to make a phone call. I was waiting 2 hours so I told service consultant I would leave vehicle and come another day to pick it up. He stated he didn’t know what was going on with my vehicle so another **WOW** factor. PLEASE BE ADVISE THE SERVICE MANAGER *** CLINT SMITH*** AT THIS DEALERSHIP ATTEMPTS TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF CUSTOMERS. He refused to make eye contact and said because my GMC was make in Canada and some more bull stuff my warranty wasn’t good but corporation and my personal mechanic read it and it’s good until 2024 and vehicle only has 32000 miles and then the bully intimidator service manager came out after I got my vehicle and Stared me down as I got in my car like get out of here and never come back.. I have reported this to GMC corporation and waiting on conversation with General Manager Craig Azar . It warranty work is covered don’t be intimidated by people like Service Manager CLINT SMITH . On 11/3/2021, I went to Legacy GMC in Slidell with a pre-approval through my bank wanting to purchase a 2021 GMC AT4. I met and spoke with Bruce the sales person who I explained I’ve been wanting to buy an AT4 for the last year but they were unavailable and really wanted to purchase one from Legacy because I really enjoy the customer service I receive from Mitch in the service department. I also, explained to Mr. Bruce, I would be trading in my 2019 GMC SLT with 52k miles. I brought with me a letter from Ross Downing offering me $45,750 for my trade. Which was sight unseen. My truck is in mint condition. (Pictured). After test driving the AT4 with Bruce’s assistance. We sat down to work the numbers and Legacy offered me $41,000 which I knew I was not going to get $45k but I had the truck appraised the day before at Dodge in Slidell and they offered $42,500 and again had the truck appraised at Chevrolet who also offered $42,500. I explained to Bruce this was the 3rd time in the last 6 years I’ve been to Legacy and had issues with getting fair market value for my trade-in then left and purchased other vehicles with no hassle while getting fair market value for my trade including my 2019 GMC Sierra SLT. I asked if they would give me $42,500 which is fair. Bruce stated, let me go talk to our manager Damin. Once Bruce returned he said, “We are all in at 41k”. I left and thought about it and decided I would just take the 41k instead of driving to Hammond or the West Bank. So, I called my bank for an exact payoff on my truck then texted Bruce the payoff number. I immediately called Bruce who had an attitude from the beginning and I said go ahead and do the paperwork that I will accept the 41k on the truck. Bruce replies, “I need a buyer’s agreement to be brought to your bank (which is in Baton Rouge and it’s 4:45pm) and a check from your bank for the truck. It’s late in the day so, I don’t think you will have time to go today. You will need to go first thing in the morning. Oh and we don’t hold vehicles while this is being done so, if someone comes to buy it we will sell it”. I was confused as this has never been the process when purchasing a vehicle to have to bring paperwork to the bank for signatures but I don’t know what their process is and the fact while this is being done we will sell the truck if possible (WoW). I have aftermarket rims and tires on my truck. I still have the original rims and tires with less than 100 miles on them. I told Bruce I would be putting my factory rims and tires back on at which time, he said I will need to check with Damin the manager if it would affect the trade in value. At this point, I’m over Bruce’s unprofessionalism and asked who the head supervisor there was and he said Damin, I’ll have him give you a call to which i agreed. I have never been treated so badly while trying to buy a NEW vehicle. The manager Damin calls me with an attitude also telling me they would have to take $1000 off the trade in value, if I removed the wheels and tires. I asked for the proper spelling of his name at which time, he became even ruder. Damin proceeds to tell me I’m the one being getting worked up because they don’t want to give $42,500 for my trade. I told him I called to accept the 41K and he and Bruce are making this an issue. I have never in my life been to a place of business who displayed the amount of unprofessionalism and lack of customer service while attempting to spend a lot of money. I have had better customer service at fast food restaurants. I will never attempt to buy anything from this place again nor will I be bring my vehicle to be serviced there anymore.

This was very bad con job.I came in in good faith to deal honestly and pay for what I ordered but this dealership was very dishonest. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN.

Was shopping online and set up an appointment for the next day to test drive a car. I was assured the car I was interested in was on the lot and available. I left early the next morning to make our appointment and got a call from the dealer confirming our appointment. I confirmed it and told him I was on my way. 15 minutes later he called back and said they had already sold the car I was coming to see. This was very disappointing since they confirmed the car was there and available before we set up the appointment time. The bottom line is I do not feel I can trust what they tell me.

You gotta read this one!I had to wait a few days for a repair appointment for my AC which was not cooling. I was asked to leave the car overnight, because they didn’t get to it. That’s not what I was told but I got it. A courteous young lady employee gave me a ride home. On the afternoon of the second day, I called my service writer, Jay. He told me that the AC compressor had a leak and needed to be replaced. He said it would cost $1,200. I asked how much was the bill so far. He said nothing. He said they don’t collect until the work is done. I said OK, I want to pick up my car today. He then says there’s a $150 checkout fee. I asked for what. He says for the diagnostics. I paid and left. The next day I brought my car to ROCK TIRE & AUTO REPAIR. The owner had my car for less than 5 MINUTES. He called me outside and asked me to sit in my car. He then turned up the AC full blast and brought it down to 36 degrees. It turns out the button on the dashboard for fresh air had been bumped bringing only outside air into the cabin. The expert mechanic didn’t catch this. THERE WAS NO LEAK, YET THESE T_-GS WERE GOING TO CHARGE THIS FEMALE SENIOR CITIZEN $1200!!! I don’t care how new your car is…never take it to this dealer unless you have time and money to throw down the drain. Let’s see what happens when I try to recover my $150 for their bald-faced lie.

I called the parts department to see if they had the part I needed. They showed that they had one in stock online. The man that answered said right away that he didn't have it. I asked where it went, he said, in an extremely rude tone, "don't know". I said "ok, thanks anyway". I didn't even get a chance to say "bye" before I heard "click". He was rude from the as soon as he picked up the phone. Kind of like he didn't want to be bothered with customers.

Fantastic dealership! I have purchased 4 new vehicles and one used vehicle from Courtsey in the past 10 years. Salesman Angelo Frazier is top notch! I would highly recommend anyone wanting to purchase a vehicle to contact Angelo. He is honest, professional and informed and he does not employ the high pressure sales tactic. The service department is fantastic as well. I've never had an issue with any kind of service or repair work not done correctly or on time! Darryl Williams makes sure that all the details are taken care of so I don't have to give it a second thought. The dealership physical plant is new, clean and the people are very friendly. They tend to have a large inventory and if they do not have exactly what you are looking for, they are willing to find it for you.

I recently purchased a vehicle from Hank's. During the closing of the vehicle, there was a fee of $299. (I believe that it was some form of dealer service fee) I was told during that time that I would receive some form of coupon book that would warranty the tires, include some discounted towing options, etc. I sent two e-mails to my sales representative (Luke Fremin) and received no response. I finally called him to inquire about the coupon book and he said that he would check on this and get back to me. I also mentioned that I had sent two previous e-mails and the response that I received was that they must have gotten caught up in spam. I have purchased numerous vehicles and this $299 fee and the lack of receiving any coupon book and the lack of follow-up by the sales representative after the sale was completed, is absolutely horrible customer service. My recommendation would be to refund my $299 for the fraudulent fee!!! I will be filing a complaint with the better business bureau today and will also post negative reviews wherever I can to make people aware of the bad experience that I had with Hank's.

Purchased new 22 camaro ss from out of state. People I dealt with were friendly during the deal. Met halfway to get car and it was filthy, no paper in the floor even. After driving hundreds of miles back home noticed the mileage didn't seem right for the trip. The car had 162 miles on it before it left the lot! In my haste to sign papers in a parking lot in MS at the halfway point, I failed to see this. No one informed me of the mileage dyring the deal or that the leather driver seat was damaged during, which we discovered after 6 hours of detailing. Vaughn manager was rude and uncaring "what do you expect me to do about it?" Also discovered the extended warranty I purchased is NOT gm but a third party instead. Waited a month to leave review to give dealer and gm customer service the chance to make it right. Hasn't happened. Beware buying from here out of state or sight unseen. The market is tricky and more sight unseen purchases are happening, giving dealers opportunity to hide information. Don't think for a minute customer service will make it right.

Full tank of gas, Car detailing and cleaning , I did not receive my owners manual Book cover was not in my vehicle, My second set of Keys The sales person didn't give to me, and then part of my deal was to have a spoiler put on the back of my car and they are now trying to put a after market spoiler on my brand new 2015 Camaro. A incorrect License plate holder that does not fit my car, There response was they could drill holes in the front of my car and retro fit it ?? The sales person was attentive until i gave them the Cashier check paying for the vehicle in full. but once I left there with my brand new dirty and muddy vehicle. the contact had stopped I then called the sales manager with my issues and then was told what do you want me to do about it. I have then called the Main Chevrolet office who wants to bounce me back to a enraged dealership that has emailed me being very rude to me. I will probably be forced to seek legal action against this dealership . I do not recommend anyone buy from these people the are the most arrogant , flighty people that talk to you like a dog. I would not trust them 5 seconds in my vehicle or to do anything to it with the attitude emails I have from the Sales manager
