Car shopping is one of my least favorite things to do. After six long months of searching for a car and a terrible experience with another dealership we found the perfect car thanks to Mike. The car we bought came into the dealership the day we bought it. Contacted Mike for pics and he had them to me asap. Everything was accurate, no surprises. We were in and out in an hour. Shortest time ever spent at a dealership. They went above and beyond to accommodate us. Couldn’t be more pleased with our experience and Mike. Will do business with them anytime we need to update vehicles which thankfully won’t be for awhile since we purchased our gem! Thanks Mike!!

The employees were very friendly and the service was fast and efficient. I had the oil and 3 different filters changed, the starter and tire tread looked at all in under 45 minutes.

We were on our way to Wichita from western Kansas and started having car problems. I called Midway and explained what was going on. Matt told me to come in and they would get the car running. When we arrived at Midway, Cody had our car diagnosed, told us what was wrong and that he could have us back on the road in a few hours. It took them about 3 hours to get the car fixed. I can't thank them enough for taking the time to help us. They were very prompt, courteous, and professional. I would highly recommend Midway for all your automotive needs.

Midway will get all my future business. They gave me $4000 more for my trade in than Davis Moore offered me. Also, they gave me a discount off of my new Jeep order, Davis Moore wanted full MSRP. Their document fee is lower, and they didn’t require a non-refundable deposit either. And are very friendly.

Took 3 days before I was able to speak to someone who new anything about the car I was interested in (I had to call him) only to find out the car was already sold, yet still on the internet. I will walk before I buy anything at this dealer. I was shopping for a Porsche Carrera.

I recently had to purchase a new vehicle due to mine having engine problems and Dale Willey was the place I chose. I worked with Shannon, and he was very kind and helpful. My review is lower because of the service department. I had my car brought in to the dealer to look at (I’m new to the area) and was told multiple times that a part was on the way, and given expected timelines. When I finally bit the bullet, I feel that I was not told the full scope of what was going on with my old car, and that they were keeping information from me. I would rather go to a local mechanic for major fixes, then use this service department.

Our vehicle was there for THREE weeks. We would call to ask about progress and several times we got an answer of 'we don't have any record of your vehicle being here.' Then we would get a call back later in the day to tell us that they were waiting on the mechanic or ordering a part. On Friday, September 29th we called to ask about the status of our vehicle. We again got the response that they had no record of our vehicle being in the shop. We were told Mike would have to call us back. We made plans to get a car dolly and tow our vehicle to another dealer because we had no confidence that our vehicle would ever be fixed. Then about 4:30 that afternoon Mike called back to tell us that our vehicle was fixed and ready to be picked up. We understand that the service department was very busy but there was not an excuse for 'having no record of our vehicle'. We are looking to purchase a new vehicle and we had considered looking at Beckman Motors, but that will no longer be a consideration.

My car is a Braun handicap accessible vehicle that I took for service at Jay Hatfield Mobility. My experience was horrible there! Had my car for 4 days, looked at it 1 day and stated “we don’t know what’s wrong with it, come get it”. Even though they did find a drain on the battery. Picked it up, brought it home and the next day battery was dead again. Syd was rude in the service dept and he was very unprofessional and absolutely no interest in fixing my issue! Since then it was towed to United Access were they are more than willing to keep It until it’s fixed!!

Contacted this dealership for obvious reasons but mostly because I have bad credit. Ricky got in touch with me. Every time he said he was working on something for me he wouldn’t get back to me until a week or more later. I’ve worked in car sales and I know they are slammed with customers at times but not so much that they can’t get back with a customer. He finally told me out of the blue that he was working on something for me. I live an hour and a half away so I told him that I wanted to get most of the deal done before I make the drive and I want to know what vehicle he is working on. He didn’t answer my question and I haven’t heard from him at all. Stay clear of this dealership.
