Ken Nelson's service depart is wonderful, always very accommodating, helpful and knowledgeable. Plus sales rep Cayden Erickson was amazing to work with, he was very kind and made the experience as positive as possible.
HOWEVER had horrible experience with a gentleman by the name of Drew Rowley/ Buick GMC Sales Manager. He was rude, condescending, and demonstrated false advertisement, for example by starting the negotiation with a $3,000 higher price than what the sticker on the vehicle stated. Unfortunately, that's not a way to draw customers in and keep customers coming back, in my opinion.
