When I had it shipped to me it showed up with misaligned body panels, overspray everywhere, and a shoddily repaired collision in the right rear. This was a CPO car that they had allegedly inspected and "met BMW standards." In addition, the car had a surging issue while cruising. They were insistent I didn't know what I was talking about and I had to pay out of pocket to return the vehicle. When I did, they were slow to return my money and I had to call BMW NA and file a complaint to get them to do it. I've owned 20+ vehicles, including 5 BMWs and this is the worst experience I've ever had.
