We bought a certified preowned BMW. Everything was great with our salesman (Mario)up to the time we went and sat in his office . We specifically stated throughout the whole process we wanted 60 months at a 1.9 % CPO rate through BMW Financial. We go to the finance office and meet Betty, she tells us the rate is 4.2%,72 months (US BANK)she said the CPO rate was 3.99% what was an outright lie. We take delivery. We come in the second time the next morning and talk to Mark Lyon (sales manager) he says we have to pay one point over at 2.99% to BMW financial, because they have to mark it up to make money on the finance. We sign the new papers... we go home find out it’s still through US Bank not BMW financial. They finally submit the application in the BMW financial and it was approved for a 1.9% for 60 months. We come in to sign for the third time and they said no it’s got to be 2.90% because they won’t make any money at 1.90% so we sign the papers for the third time… They also said if you pay it off early there’s a penalty and there is not a penalty, you can pay it off anytime. Betty(finance MGR) lied to us Repeatedly, and was very unprofessional. She would talk over us and deflect the real truth. I am a 25-year-old that worked hard to get an 830 credit score and went in there to get rewarded by getting a 1.9% and turned out to be disrespected and blatantly outright lied to by Betty. I also had to be late for work two days in a row, to come in and re-sign papers. I give credit to where credit is due: Mario (salesman) was great and Alfonso (used car manager) was very professional. Jillian did a fantastic job explaining all the features, warranty and maintenance.

Purchased my BMW from them and initially I was happy once I finally got the car…. However, I began to notice that the car was stalling when I started it and tried to drive off. I took it in to get diagnosed and they didn’t find anything wrong with it. For the past year and four months of having the car, I still have this issue. The car continues to idle when I start it and acts as if it wants to cut off from time to time. I took my car in recently for a routine service appointment. When I scheduled my appointment online 3 weeks ago, I requested a loaner vehicle and I mentioned other areas of the car that I would like them to look at including brakes and tires. I also mentioned again, the consistent issue with the idling/stalling. When I get there, I was notified that they weren’t notified that I needed a loaner car and my additional requests. I pulled up my email and provided proof of my notification which was also written in all caps. The service person informed that they don’t have the ability to see appointment notes so I asked what’s the point of having an area for appointment notes . These are important notes that the customer needs to share. She informed me that the “appointment note” section was useless. The only other options were to find a ride, wait for 3 hours, or reschedule for weeks out. Those options aren’t reasonable and were unexpected. When I shared information about the stalling/idling the service person shared that it’s “likely a programming issue” and would be happy to fix it for an additional $172. They informed me that the problem is a new solution that they came up with recently. However, how can I trust that “programming is the issue” this time after being told that there wasn’t an issue! I inquired about the guaranteed free car wash service however, I was denied that as we’ll because of the temperature. By the time they get to the vehicle, it’ll be over 32 degrees… This is my first vehicle that I have purchased and if this is the luxury vehicle experience… this is terrible. These are things that drive current and potential customers away! I have seriously consider alternative options then with BMW because of this. Companies still fail to realize that it’s the small things that keep customers happy and satisfied. Unfortunately, that hasn’t been my experience here lately…

With the reputation BMW has, my experience is completely inexcusable. i seem to be stuck between 4 dealership shifting blame for unresolved and shoddy work related to the same matter. as a crisis nurse, I have been traveling to various assignments due to cold-19 and I'm not getting the support in finally getting the issue addressed once and for all. Each dealership has provided me a different remedy for the same issue which hasn't been resolved AND each dealership points fingers at prior bmw service department for shoddy/incomplete/low quality work. It only has been serviced at bmw and it seems that there's no quality assurance across the brand. In addition, It seems to me that this was a known issue with the vehicle, but nobody diagnosed it correctly until after the warranties I purchased had expired. Is that how business is run by BMW? Avoiding diagnosing issues correctly until after warranties have passed so they can avoid paying for the repairs and instead passing that cost to the customer? I first addressed this issue 2 days after purchasing the car at Voss village of bmw. It has taken this long and multiple trips to different BMW dealerships. I need this issue resolved and paid for as soon as possible and I appreciate your timely response and resolution.
