Everything was amazing, even the loaner! The prices were also very good and fair. I have had nightmarish experiences at the concord bmw dealership so this was such a relief. I also had a wonderful experience dropping off my car on Saturday at the sales department with a young man with glasses, I don’t remember his name but I would like to thank him as well. I would also like to thank the great mechanics for taking care of my car. I fell in love with the new 330i with m package which is what they have me to use as a loaner! Incredible car! Pacific BMW is an exceptionally well run and courteous dealership. After putting up with the arrogant and disinterested attitude of Beverly Hills BMW for two decades, I made the switch and am much more satisfied. Since BMW owners are pretty loyal customers the big difference is the dealer’s sales and service staff and the folks at Pacific BMW are the best I’ve ever encountered. But most of my praise goes to James Kim, who’s an exceptionally knowledgeable, attentive and thoughtful sales person. He followed up on my order of a new i4 from beginning to end, keeping me up to date and responding immediately to any questions with candor and honestly. He’s the best car salesperson I’ve ever had.

My sales guy, Peter Rennert, is the absolute best. He has always given me the impression that he cares most about me and meeting my needs. Buying a car is usually a big stressful ordeal, but Peter makes it comfortable and fun. I so appreciate everything he (and his team) has done for me and I'll certainly be going back for my next lease! Thank you, Peter!

This dealership has always given great performance in sales and service. I have always felt they listen to my needs and preferences, and strive for a mutually beneficial deal. Radford was his usual professional and helpful self in helping me to decide to purchase my car at the conclusion of the lease period. He explained the options in layman's terms and guided me through the process. The finance department explained the (volumes of) paperwork to my complete satisfaction. l will return to BMW Fresno when I am ready for a new car.

I brought my car in for a servicing recently and had the pleasure of working with Anna and Brandon. I've never had a car servicing go so seamlessly! They were both kind, attentive, and communicative from start to finish. I've had a squeak happen randomly in the front of my car and Brandon went above and beyond to help figure out what it was. I don't think it was his job to do that but he took on the task without hesitation. Anna was quick and efficient in getting me a loaner car and was super sweet to speak with. She makes you feel comfortable and welcome. Excellent service all around! :)

We have had a terrible experience as an out of state buyer with this dealer. They sold the car before they legally owned the vehicle. We have have spent 3 months trying to get them to complete the correct paperwork with there financial services division, to obtain a title, so that they may put the vehicle in our name. We have currently spent more than $35k, and can not drive our vehicle while we continue to make payments. It is in our driveway with no registration. If you are out of state, I would not recommend business with this dealer. There communication is poor, and no single individual will help you with after sales service or registration. We are considering getting an attorney involved to return the vehicle as we can not use it.
